美しく復元された3ベッドルームの家屋。フロントポーチにはポーチがあり、裏にはガスグリルがあるパティオエリアがあります。グラウンドフロアにはリビングルーム、ダイニング、キッチンがあり、改装済みです。リビングルームには、チャットやテレビを見るための快適な寝室が備わっています。キッチンには、プレート、調理器具など、新鮮な食器洗い機が備わっています。キッチンには洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。 2階には3つの寝室があり、大理石の床、新しいシンク/トイレ、オリジナルの爪掛け桶が備わる改装済みのバスルームがあります。ほとんどの部屋に窓のA / Cユニットがあります。家は最大6人まで収容できますが、オーシャン・グローブのほとんどの家と同様に、1つのバスルームと1つの家が小さいことに気づくはずです。

これは、所有者によって時々占有される家であり、冷蔵庫やキッチンキャビネット内に腐敗しない食品を含んでいる場合があります。また、コートクローゼットにオーナーのコートがある場合もあります。

Great stay at Ocean Grove

The house is very conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well equipped which was extremely helpful to us as we sometimes cooked our meals there. The town itself is very cute and the beach within walking distance was a treat!

A PIECE OF PEACE

Charming, warm little victorian treasure in the middle of a square mile shore community with quaint shops, a old-time ice cream shoppe and so much more. Great little town square too! Relaxing long weekend.

Family Vacation

Great experience. The house was clean and well kept, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive as well. Great option for a family of four, and walkable to the beach which was perfect.

Very cute, lovely victorian cottage with enough space for a family of 4

Robert's home is very clean and tastefully restored/renovated with beautiful hand-stenciled hardwood floors, excellent new appliances and is filled with authentic antiques, artwork and quality decor that you don't find in most vacation rentals. No cheap particle board furniture from IKEA here! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and not too far of a walk from the beach. Check-in was simple and easy and Robert was very communicative. Its a small cottage, but definitely big enough for my wife & myself and our two young boys. And we loved having our coffee on the front porch each morning. We had a really wonderful stay and we'll definitely be returning!

Great location, clean, comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Rob’s place! We had everything we needed by the beach paired with a quick walk to Asbury Park (great shops and restaurants). Clean and comfortable, nice front porch, kitchen, solid wifi (good for working remotely), and lovely neighborhood.

Owner Clutter everwhere

The house itself was ok but we were shocked with the clutter of owners personal “stuff” everywhere including but not limited to kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Upon arrival we found 1/3 of the refrigerator had old condiments, bbq sauce and milk etc. Every kitchen pantry shelf was full of owners food we had to move around so we had some space for our food. The 1 bathroom medicine cabinet full of owners personal items., shaving cream, razors etc we put in a bag n moved to linen closet so we could fit a few items. The Master BR closet 1/3 taken by owners clothes n shoes. We had to buy grill brush to clean the rusted bbq and backyard had no working lights with bulbs broken so we could not eat outside. Front porch swing for 2 but other chair hard metal. House itself was ok but owner became very angry post checkout that we moved his “stuff” out of the way. So renter beware this is a house cluttered with “ owner’s” stuff everywhere.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Rob's place. The house was clean, well stocked and super cute. Everything was in really good shape. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We especially loved the porch and the porch swing. The location was so convenient to both the beach and downtown (Cookman St.) Asbury. We did not have to drive the whole time we were there!

Great stay

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Robert’s place in Ocean Grove. Great location and the perfect amount of space (plus more!) for the two of us. The neighbors were incredibly warm and welcoming and really great food and beaches were only a short walk away. Would definitely stay there again!!

It was wonderful!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable Ocean Grove home. Rob's house was immaculately clean and we felt at home as soon as we walking in the door. It was so much fun to have our own porch and swing to sit on in this pretty town. The short, beautiful walk to the beach, great places to eat in Ocean Grove and Asbury Park, added to the comfortable feeling we had during out entire stay. Rob was very responsive to any request and you can tell the personal pride he takes in his lovely little home. Loved our stay. We'll be back.

Relaxing, beautiful stay in Ocean Grove

We loved our time at 98 Mt. Carmel Way. The place was very clean and furnished with many solid wood pieces that were striking. We found ourselves close to the bustling Asbury Park main drag, Cookman Ave. but we still felt tucked away in a quiet community of Victorian homes. The neighborhood has gems of Victorian architecture, and is so close to the Main Street in Ocean Grove. There is a great front porch swing to sit down with a good book and hear the wind chimes. And the beach is very close.

GREAT

Rob's home was very nice and VERY clean. His Home had everything and more for a weeks stay. Rob was extremely responsive and I wish we could have met him in person. The one suggestion would be to make the patio in back more inviting and provide an umbrella with a table like the other homes have done and brighten up the livingroom, as it was pretty dark (maybe sheared curtains and brighter lights to read; otherwise this is a great place to stay while in Ocean Grove. It's so close to downtown OG for shopping/restaurants and just over the bridge up the street, you can cross over a walking bridge to Asbury Park. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION = GREAT!

Location, location, location

The property is a wonderful Victorian home, immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. Although the weather was cool and damp, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with numerous non-beach activities. The home is on the border of quiet and peaceful Ocean Grove (with Main Ave and the beach a 5 minute walk away) and exciting and entertaining Asbury Park which is also a 5 minute walk. You literally don’t need to use your car for your entire stay. If you want to go to a neighboring town, or even New York City, you can hop on the NJTransit train which is, you guessed it, a 5 minute walk. Rob is an excellent host and quickly attends to all your needs and requests. This was our second stay at Rob’s home, and we plan to go back again!

Great location in Ocean Grove

Perfect location to get to beach, Main Street and Asbury Park; nice outdoor spaces in front and back, terrific kitchen, comfortable. Would definitely return again!

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

Cannot overstate how much we loved this place. Very characterful house, with plenty of space for me and my two teenagers. Immaculately clean, very well appointed and the front porch is just a lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by. One of the best features is the location. We didn't have a car and the walks to the beach, boardwalk, station and into Asbury town centre were all very easy - beach is about a four minute walk! The two neighbourhoods of Ocean Grove and Asbury Park are fascinating in their difference, so there was really something for everyone. Rob was always prompt and helpful in his communications. Gold stars all round. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay for the week!!

My friend and I stayed from Friday through to the following Saturday. It was perfect for us since we both had our own rooms. We had a couple of friends stop by during the week and since there is a third bedroom they also had a place to crash. The house is walking distance to Ocean Grove beach and Downtown Asbury. Its clean and very comfortable. Rob was easy to deal with and everything was great!!

Nice, clean, as described

A quiet place to stay (it was off season). The owner was helpful beforehand via email and the place was clean and looked like the pics. Easy access to bridge across the lake to Asbury Park restaurants.
