Our Angela apartment is located in Vojnović street - a residential area full of cafes and restaurants, and there is a beach nearby and it is close to Old Town and Lapad.
It accommodates four guests - it has two bedrooms with double bed.It also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a private bathroom with a shower. The private balcony is at guests disposal as well.
Guests have private parking at their disposal with prior reservation.

The apartment is located in Iva Vojnovića street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from the Old Town. The connection with the Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

Special place!

Great experience with this apartment. Was a beautiful space, spacious and very clean and great location. Host was extremely helpful as we arrived earlier than expected and was great with communication. Definitely recommend and would stay again next time.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Really lovely stay in a nice apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were really comfy. Very spacious area with a lovely terrace outside in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to a lovely beach area, and a cheap uber to the old town. Highly reccomend!

Great Stay with Quick & Easy bus to Old Town

Easy self check in, lots of space, very close to a bus stop that takes you right to the old town (line 4) and a bakery for take away morning breakfast, everything we needed in the kitchen, great shower (water pressure was great, adjustable height, with doors but still enough room), washing machine AND DRYER! (seriously helpful), nice balcony but the street noise is loud but the doors/windows are very good soundproofing so you don't hear it inside, separate half bath was great for when people were showering.

Very nice and clean apartment. You can go by bus in 5-10 minutes to the old town, bus is coming every 15 minutes. There is on ongoing renovation for other apartments but during our stay the renovation was stopped. Next to the house there is a bakery. I can fully recommend to book this apartment.

Extraordinary journey!

It was great to have parking exclusive for the place outside the main road. Bus stop was nearby, shops, bakery, bars restaurants all walking distance. Easy to get to Dubrovnik old town, so we thought the place was great. Nice to have two toilets, rooms were both good size.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Clean , new flat. Location is not great to walk to from the beach along a busy polluted road. Lots of noise from the traffic so the balcony is not really usable. But once inside you have everything you need.

Superb apartment, very spacious & containing everything you’ll need. Host is very responsive & friendly. Very nice neighbour. Bus stop is just 2-3 mins away from where you can get bus to old down. Supermarkets nearby & nice bakery next door. Very convenient parking spot. We had a great stay & highly recommend this apartment & the host.

Wow this apartment is beautiful done in all mod cons very spacious comfy beds fantastic shower room & small wc all in high specification fantastic washing machine & dryer comfy beds. Small private courtyard owners provided a new table & chairs new parasol for us. Kitchen is very well equipped too for home cooking. Letting girls are brilliant and very responsive their Cleaning team do a brilliant job super clean this apartment is best we ever stayed in. There is a lovely bakery next door highly recommend for bread pastries and milk. No 4 hotel palace takes you into old town & back bus stops on doorstep. We had the best stay would love to come back again x

Glorious residence!

Lovely clean apartment in a great location. bus stop 2 mins walk, Old Town about 25 minute easy walk. Bakeries, restaurant and supermarket very close by. Andelko was quick to respond. we had a problem with the TV, as there was no reception. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed during our stay, but we were able to watch Netflix on the TV using our Netflix account. Hopefully the TV problem has now been fixed. There were steps up to the apartment. We would stay at this apartment again if we ever go back to Dubrovnik.

Bilo nam je lijepo boraviti u apartmanu. Ulaz na parking je iz druge ulice, snašli smo se. Apartman je ugodan, prostran i odgovara opisu. Ispred je glavna, prometna cesta, ali prozori i vrata čuvaju od buke. Čak smo i pili kavu na terasi jer je divno stablo ispred. S druge (ulazne strane) je potpuni mir. Autobusna stanica je blizu (busevi često voze). Preporučamo ovaj smještaj.

Het appartement heeft een moderne badkamer, 2 toiletten en schone slaapkamers met ieder een 2-persoonsbed. De keuken is uitgebreid met veel spullen. Op sommige kastjes stond 'privé' dus we wisten niet of we die spullen mochten gebruiken. De woonkamer vonden we nogal somber en zag er niet zo kleurrijk uit als op de foto's. De bank is klein en niet geschikt als er 4 mensen overnachten. Het grootste minpunt vonden we de locatie aan een drukke doorgaande weg. Er is veel geluid van verkeer wat we niet prettig vonden. Met de shutters in de slaapkamers en de ramen dicht is het geluid wel buiten te sluiten. Er stopt een bus vlakbij die naar old town gaat maar die zat helaas steeds vol dus we moesten lopen (ruim een half uur). Op de eerste ochtend ontvingen we bericht dat we de laatste dag voor 10 uur moesten vertrekken en ons afval opruimen omdat er veel nieuwe gasten zouden komen. Dit vonden we niet gastvrij overkomen omdat we net gearriveerd waren.

appartement bien situé, disposant d un parking, tres avantageux quand on voit les difficultés et les tarifs des parking dans Dubrovnik. L appartement est spacieux, bien équipé , propre...un sejour agreable pour découvrir la ville et ses alentours. Je recommande.

logement propre et neuf, comme précisé dans d autres commentaires, la télé n est pas utilisable. nous avons rencontré également un problème avec le grille pain qui faisait sauter l électricité et le ballon d eau chaude qui ne fonctionnait plus le dernier jour. malgré tout nous avons eu un retour de l hôte a chaque demande.

Glorious residence!

Appartement impeccable, propre spacieux, bien rangé, avec 2 WC, parking privé, proche du bus (10 min de la vielle ville), achat de tickets et qq commerces. Hôte réactive et de bon conseil. Le seul petit bémol (mineur) concerne la route passante (journée uniquement) d'un côté de l'appartement et la TV que nous avons eu du mal à faire fonctionner.

bel appartement avec emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville (3 minutes de l'arrêt de bus, qui met 15 minutes pour s'y rendre) prendre le bateaux (10 minutes en voitures) pour les différentes îles, 30-40 minutes en voitures de l'aéroport. beaucoup de circulation mais isolation phonique parfaite. climatisation très appréciée avec des températures ressenties à plus de 40°. voisine (dame âgée) très gentille.
