Set in the tranquil hills in Ondenval, this 5-bedroom holiday home accommodates a 12-member family with children or 2 smaller families. It comes with a private sauna for relaxation and a balcony to enjoy the mountain views.

The woods and cross country at 100 m offers opportunity to get closer to the beautiful nature. The public swimming pool is at a short drive for a refreshing dip. There is also a ski lift nearby. There are many attractions to check out such as Ravel Malmedy at 500 m, High Fensat 10 km, and the lakes of Butgenbach and Robertville at 8 km. Both supermarket and restaurants are at 4 km.

The balcony has a relaxing view of the valley of Ambleve. The well-maintained interiors with indoor heating, spacious kitchen, and cozy living room offer a pleasant stay. There is a barbecue to spend time outdoors, while kids enjoy the swing set and play equipment. Children's bed, high chair, and parking are also arranged.

Maison spacieuse, propriétaires accueillants

Nous étions huit adultes retraités. La maison est spacieuse, dispose d’un beau living et d’une grande cuisine. Chaque étage a un WC et une salle de douche, ce qui est appréciable lorsqu’on est nombreux. La literie est excellente et l’environnement calme et verdoyant.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und ein Hund. Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, sodass jeder sein eigenes Schlafzimmer hatte. Es war nicht überall im Haus sauber, was vor allem an den vorhandenen Fliegen und Spinnweben lag. Hier und da könnten einige Gegenstände ausgetauscht werden, aber das tat dem Spaß, den wir hatten, keinen Abbruch. Der Garten ist sehr groß und gepflegt und es gibt Eichhörnchen. Die Vorderseite des Hauses liegt an einer Sackgasse, sodass Sie nicht durch den Verkehr gestört werden. Das war sehr schön für unseren Hund. Am Sonntag gab es ein Problem mit der Spülmaschine, das jedoch am nächsten Tag behoben wurde. Der Ausblick über das Tal ist fantastisch. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu tun und zu entdecken. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich genossen.

Wir haben mit 9 Erwachsenen und 4 kleinen Kindern (0 bis 6) ein verlängertes Wochenende in dem geräumigen, komfortablen Haus genossen. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren in Ordnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Sauna war wunderbar. Und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön! In der Gegend gibt es fantastische Wanderwege. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen, gepflegten Garten. Und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und korrekt. Trotz des kalten und teilweise nassen Wetters (Ende April sogar Schnee) hatten wir ein tolles Wochenende!

Planløsningen var perfekt for to familier, og barna hadde det moro med huskestativet i hagen, Vi satte pris på de gjennomtenkte fasilitetene som vaskemaskinen og det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, Et av høydepunktene var absolutt saunaen, som var en avslappende måte å slappe av etter å ha utforsket området, Vi kommer definitivt tilbake for et nytt opphold!

Ein tolles Haus, in dem man auch mit 9 Personen, davon 5 Kinder, immer einen Platz zum Ausruhen findet. Das Zeug ist sehr komplett, es gibt mehr als genug Küchenutensilien, so dass Sie nichts selbst mitbringen müssen. Sogar Handseife, Waschmittel und Schwämme. Großzügiger Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Schöne Schlafzimmer- und Badezimmeraufteilung. Wirklich ein perfektes Haus. Es fühlte sich schnell wie zu Hause an und war für viele Menschen eine angenehme Einrichtung. Sehr, sehr zufrieden!
