The house is located in the family-friendly Arrild Ferieby, where there is, among other things, a large playground with bouncy castle, tennis courts and a cozy cafe, good shopping and a large water park. Nature invites for walks, and there are plenty of good excursion opportunities within a reasonable distance, including Legoland, Givskud Zoo and Esbjerg and Denmark's oldest city, Ribe, with many historic houses.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
