The Space:
This newly built villa is surrounded by a meticulously landscaped tropical garden and boasts a raised pool area overlooking the beach. The pool, which can be heated for an additional €500 per week, features fiber optic lighting that sparkles at night. Enjoy direct access to the beach from the garden and soak in uninterrupted sea views from the first and second floors. The villa offers a contemporary Italian-made kitchen with integrated appliances, and an open-plan living area with a 65-inch TV and white leather reclining seating. There are 4 ground-floor bedrooms with garden access and 1 first-floor bedroom offering full sea views. A brand new gym area includes a Nordic Track Smart Bike, rowing machine, and treadmill with IFIT classes. The villa also offers private parking for two cars and a rooftop terrace for enjoying sunsets and ocean views.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private beach entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Situated right on the beachfront, the villa offers easy access to a 6 km seafront boardwalk, perfect for walking or jogging. Shops, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance, eliminating the need for a car.

Getting Around:
With shops, restaurants, and the seafront promenade just a short walk away, a car is not necessary. However, private parking for two cars is available on-site should you wish to explore the surrounding area by vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
A sauna will be available from February 2025, providing the perfect opportunity to relax before heading to the beach through the villa’s private garden entrance. The rooftop solarium offers a retractable pergola with LED lighting, making it the ideal spot for evening cocktails while enjoying 360-degree views of the sea, including glimpses of Gibraltar and Morocco in the distance. Guests also have the option of booking a private chef, massage, yoga, reiki, or meditation sessions during their stay.

Pool can be heated for an additional cost of €500 / week or part week.
