I grew up in farm country! Tina's Tiny House is located in farm country. There's not much need for a full size motel/hotel but a tiny house for short or mid term stays fits the rural needs.

Why they chose this property

Tina's Tiny House, was a one chair barber shop when originally built in the 1950s. By 2010 Tina's Family Cuts was only a part time beauty shop. In 2017 as the craze for tiny homes started sweeping TV and the country, the beauty shop was transformed into a tiny home. Approximately the size of a typical motel room, the entire house is just at 300 SF. If you need to be in the area for business, pleasure, family, passing thru, or just curious if you could successfully downsize, try this tiny house on for size.

What makes this property unique

Tiny house in a tiny house; has every thing u need and a tiny bit extra.
