Charming house in a genuine Canarian village

Casa La Ranita is located in the historical centre of Los Silos. It is a historical house whose construction dates back a century. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.
Casa La Ranita is an ancient house, spacious, bright and very well maintained, ideal for groups, families, and also for couples who want to enjoy a very special space.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining room, a light patio a TV room and a roof terrace. Some rooms have a desk so that you can work online. The large roof terrace is certainly an exceptional place to sunbathe, relax at the end of the day, or simply enjoy a wonderful view over the mountains.
Digital nomads will also find their account. Some rooms have a desk to work online and the internet connection speed is 1G.

In May 2018 the house was renovated to offer higher quality stays. The house is rented as a whole and does not include breakfast service. The price depends on the number of guests staying (between 4 and 15), and in any case guests can enjoy the house privately, without sharing it with other groups.

IMPORTANT: the rental price is based on full occupancy of the double rooms. If you want a extra single room (one person), you will have to pay a supplement of 30 euros per single room per night.

Very charming and authentic house

Very comfortable house, good beds, everything provided for a perfect holiday. Very nice rooftop terrace with lounge furniture. Cozy central location in the village. Friendly reception and good communication with the owner. Even a Christmas tree and Christmas atmosphere were foreseen . Highly recommended.

Magnífica casa en un marco incomparable

Alojarse en un antiguo palacete de finales del XIX, es algo inexplicable. Si le sumas un pueblo encantador en una zona maravillosa, el resultado es de diez.

Hébergement très agréable et bien situé

La casa La Ranita est située au plein centre de Los Silos. Les commerces sont à proximité et le village est très agréable. L'ambiance est plus reposante que ce que nous avons pu voir dans le reste de l'île (en tout cas les plus grosses agglomérations). Los Silos reste un petit village bien agréable. Mer et excursions à proximité. Génial pour les randos dont certaines partent au pied de la porte. Nous avons bénéficié tout le long de la semaine de très bons conseils de visites et randos. C'était top. Accueil et procédure de départ parfaits merci. La maison est vraiment très grande et agréable. Une maison authentique qui a du charme. Cuisine vraiment bien équipée avec pléthore de couverts et vaisselle notamment. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine merci.

Sejour entre amis très agréable

Location idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Adultes comme enfants y trouvent leur compte. La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est spacieuse, est bien située (centre historique du village, 1h de la capitale, 1h du sud), calme et la vue du roof top est vraiment top ! Les photos sont totalement fidèles à la réalité. Elle est également très bien équipée pour petits et grands. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu'on voyage léger. Un très bon accueil également de la part de Pascal, toujours disponible et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons et y retournerions sans hésiter.

Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit Abstrichen

Das Haus liegt in der Dorfmitte, direkt an einem Platz mit Pavillon mit Bestuhlung. Hier kann man vom Kaffee am Morgen bis zum Wein am Abend auch Kleinigkeiten essen. Durch die Lage ist es nicht immer ruhig. Das Haus selbst ist schön, jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster undicht, im Bad auf der Dachterrasse Stockflecken. Jetzt im Januar wurde es kalt im Haus und es war keine Heizmöglichkeit vorhanden.

Amazing house in a quiet but central location

Fantastic house in a beautiful small city. Everything was perfect and on top of all - the wonderfull roof terrace. The most of the time, we spent on the roof. The rooms are very cosy, bathrooms great and the kitchen is very well equiped and big enough. The Wi-fi covers the complete house, even the roof terrace. Atlantic is just 2 min drive away, or you can take one of the bicycles and enjoy the ride. And if you need to go to the southern part of Tenerife, it takes you only about 1hr. drive.

Charming house in authentic village, as it says on the tin

Los Silos is a small village, removed from the bustle and mass tourism; agriculture and small towns, small beaches. You'll need a car to transfer from airport and visit about, though there are taxis. The 100-year old house has been redone very nicely, room for a dozen people and a nice central living space. Then you discover the penthouse and attached balcony, as per icon photo - but it's even bigger than the photo, and changes through the day; a suntrap all afternoon and cosy at night, a secret place in the middle of the village. The village is small, with a lively town square on the doorstep and a sprinkling of shops and amenities. There are a variety of outings within a 45-min drive, certainly occupied us for a week - could have easily filled a fortnight with new venues. The owners are discreet but live locally, knowledgeable and friendly. The "frog house" is a perfect place for a slice of life in rural Spain, at your own pace - eat in or dine out, wifi to the world or venture into the hills (goodly cliffs actually).
