This stylishly decorated, spacious three-bedroom apartment is situated in the brand new Velapi Residential apartments, centrally positioned between the towns of Los Alcázares, Roda and Los Narejos.
The main living space is open plan with a modern kitchen, a stylish dining room, which opens out into the beautiful living room area. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with channels from all over the world, including the UK.
The main bedroom boasts a super king-size bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. There are sliding patio doors which open up on to the terrace area with unobstructed views of Los Alcázares.
The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds each, along with an additional bathroom equipped with a shower.
The swimming pool area is of a good size, with a step down to a shallow end for children and a deeper area for swimming and a separate large size Jacuzzi. This communal space also offers ample room for sunbathing on the artificial grass.
The Velapi apartments have a private underground parking space for each apartment.
