Villa Murales is a characterful, spacious property located just a short drive from the Arenal Beach and Javea Old Town where there is plenty to do and see. The villa has several great features including distant sea views, a lovely landscaped garden with lots of nooks and corners with seating, and a large roof terrace. Interiors are comfortable and spacious with room for everyone to socialise together. Within a 2 minutes' drive you'll have a restaurant, bar and mini market, making it a advantageous location. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Murales is set in an attractive, residential area of Javea. The sandy Arenal Beach is just a 5 minutes drive away and Cala Granadella, voted as one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca, is also within easy reach. The villa is set in a bay with a promenade behind it where you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, a bakery, and a supermarket. The charming Old Town of Javea is a 10 minute car journey away, where you can wander the old streets, explore the shops, and enjoy some traditional Spanish cuisine. For nature and walk lovers, the amazing Parque Forestal de Granadella is also on your doorstep. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the villa.
