area consisting of a full kitchen fully equipped with all appliances
needed for self-catering, a cosy 4-seater dining table, and a lounge.
The lounge features WiFi to keep you connected, a wall-mounted TV and
floor-to-ceiling windows offering ample natural light and sea views. A
standout feature of this apartment is the balcony, which offers
stunning ocean and mountain views, complete with comfortable
seating—ideal for entertaining.
Able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, this apartment has 2
decently-sized bedrooms with large windows and sea views. The master

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 1 Shell Road, Table View.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
