The apartment is not suited for children due to the stairs and balcony's.

Close to downtown
The apartment was comfortable and spacious for 2 couples and the manager was helpful and pleasant. The only downside was the noise from a bar at night below one of the bedrooms.

Great place in a great location
This apartment served our purposes just fine. The views from each room were terrific. The location gave us immediate access to groceries, shopping, restaurants and the Company's Garden. We loved it.
Lovely flat in central Cape Town
Spent a girls weekend in Cape Town at this lovely 2 story flat. It's located on the 11th floor, a corner unit, so it was very private and quiet (you do hear the street traffic, but it's not bothersome). Building is very secure and felt quite safe during our stay.
The flat was very clean, and kitchen well stocked so that you can prepare meals if you like. The only thing it did not have was a coffee plunger, but there is a coffee maker. However, if you need anything from the shop, it's located just around the corner (PnP) - where you can also get ice if you care to make cocktails :)
The balcony on the 1st floor is good size, and when it's not windy it is lovely to sit out there. You can see most of Table Mountain from there, as well as Lion's head and Signal Hill (between the other high-rise buildings).
Beds are very comfy, plenty of towels and blankets. Air con in the bedrooms - the bedroom with the shower tends to get quite warm late afternoons on sunny days, as the flat is directly under the roof - but the air con worked well enough to combat that. I image in the summer that it would be very hot up there however (we stayed in late March and had 2 warm days around 28). But, being American from Texas, I am accustomed to having centralized air con in homes and hotels - therefore a local would probably not be bothered by the heat as much :)
Close to Long Street and Bree Street, which is nice if you fancy a stroll. Driving, we were able to get to Lion's Head in 15 minutes (minus the traffic), Sea Point in 10, and Camp's Bay in 20 minutes. We used Uber - as we did not want to have to deal with parking when going out (which was so easy and they are super quick here in CT) The rates were very reasonable (r60 one way to Sea Point). Just tell them to come to the Sun Hotel for pick-up (which is across the street) since St. George's Mall is a pedestrian zone and hard for the drivers to find.
Really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again.
A perfect place to stay in Cape Town
In August we were in Cape Town for 6 days. This was our first trip to Cape Town. When we were looking for apartment we wanted an apartment that was centrally located in Cape Town. Arrived in Cape Town, we confirmed that the apartment was within walking distance to many of the sights in the city. In addition, the apartment has its own parking lot so it was easy to make use of car and travel around the hinterland of Cape Town.
We were a family of five and the apartment had everything we could wish for, well equipped and with views of Table Mountain. The pictures and the description of the apartment matches the reality. Would love to come back.
Citypenthouse in Cape Town CBD
We have just arrived home after a lovely holiday in the Cape, and I would like to give my sincere gratitude for staying in your beautiful apartment. We enjoyed every moment and you have a lovely , modern apartment with everything we needed.
Your apartment is in good hands, as Rene is a very pleasant person , who handled everything very professionally.
The location was most convenient , within walking distance from the Castle of Good Hope,shops and grocery stores like Pick & Pay. The Waterfront was merely 10 min drive, and we took day visits to Houtbaai, Simonstad and even Bonnievale.I can strongly recommend the appartment ,and will gladly return to it.
Our modern apartment is located in the City of Cape Town at the St. Georges Mall (pedestrian zone) near the Strand Street. Enjoy the modern city life in the heart of the downtown of the most beautiful city in the world. In this area you can find a lot of exellent restaurants, shops, museums, the Parliament, Company Gardens, Castle of Good Hoop and Greenmarket Square. The V & A Waterfront is just 1 km. In just a few minutes drive the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Blouberg are accessible.
