The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located near the harbour in downtown Reykjavik. It is close to nice restaurants, such as the Seabaron, Slippbarinn and Tapas barinn and cultural attractions like Reykjavik Art Museum and Harpa Concert Hall.

From the harbour you can jump on a whale watching boat or you can walk along the shore line and see the popular Sun Voyager sculpture, a 20 min walk from the apartment.
In 5 min. walking distance you'll find the famous Bæjarins Beztu hot dogs and within 10 min. walking distance you'll find the Reykjavik Pond and the main shopping street downtown, Laugavegur, with endless variety of restaurants, bars and stores.

Getting Around:
Bus stop #4 - Miðbakki is in 7 min walking distance, a pick-up/drop-off location for airport transfer and tours. The street parking around the house is P2, which is free from 9 in the evening until 9 in the morning on working days and 10:00 on weekends.
