It’s just 7 minutes from the 12 de Octubre Metro station on Line 3, and the San Fermín Metro station, which connects us to the Sol station in downtown Madrid in just 10 minutes.

It also has several bus lines in the immediate vicinity and easy access to major highways, with nearby entrances to Avenida de Andalucía, the M30, and the M40.
