This apartment is not rented for tourist stays, but always and in any case for seasonal stays, with a seasonal contract regulated by the law "Ley 29/1994,de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos", and without the rented property being in any case the habitual residence of the tenant who rents it.

Modern duplex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located in the center of Madrid and just 7 minutes from the Royal Palace.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building.

Upon entering the apartment we find a large kitchen equipped with everything you might need:, a dining table with capacity for up to four people, a laundry room and a door that gives access to a patio.

From the kitchen we access the living room where we find a sofa, two armchairs, a side table, a Smart TV, a wine cooler and a study area with a desk and chair. If we continue walking on the ground floor, at the back, there is the first bedroom with a 140 x 200cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

In the living room we find the modern stairs that give access to the upper floor. On the right hand side we find the second bedroom with a 160 x 200cm double bed and wardrobe. On the left side, there is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The location of the apartment is one of the best in Madrid, near the apartment we find numerous places of interest such as the Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Palace or Plaza Mayor.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
