Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Despite paying in full more than three months in advance, we were told when we chased up for access details that it was "double booked". The host didn't respond to why we weren't given priority given how long ago we had booked. They did book alternative accommodation for us, but communication was poor, the alternative property had one less room for people to sleep in, the front window was smashed and boarded up and it was much further from the station. We asked for compensation and got no response to that either.
