About this space
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled on a farm within the rolling hills of the Chilterns AONB, this is an ideal spot for those seeking a peaceful short stay, with all the amenities of a village nearby including the Chilterns Railway which will take you into London within 40 minutes. The cottage is immaculate and completely self-contained with a utility room, full kitchen, private bathroom, an open plan lounge, and king bedroom overlooking the countryside.
The space
The property is annexed to a farmhouse. Guests can access the property via a private entrance, leading to the boot room/utility room and stairs which lead the way to a spacious open-plan vaulted living area with a kitchen. The living room leads into the main King bedroom where Velux windows look out to beautiful views of the fields and countryside. The private bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Outside of the property guests will have access to their own private garden next to the horse fields.

Guests may access the property 24/7 via a key safe.

- When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the doors and windows
- When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 15 degrees

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
