We offer a Fabulous two-bedroom apartment, perfectly positioned within a beautiful secured grade listed building, within the heart of the City Centre. Newcastle Central station is only a short walk away, along with numerous shops, bars and restaurants of this buzzing City. This recently refurbished apartment can accommodate up to 4 Guests:
- Bedroom 1: Option of 1 King size bed or 2 singles (upon request)
- Bedroom 2: Small Double bed
- Bedroom 3: Office/Dressing room

1. Please be aware that parties and loud music are strictly prohibited in this peaceful residential area.
2. Any disturbances will result in a penalty fee of £250.
3. In case of lost keys, a replacement fee of £100 will be charged.
4. Rest assured, our property is professionally maintained and thoroughly cleaned after every guest's checkout.
5. For security and insurance purposes, we kindly request all guests to provide their names and lead guest ID prior to check-in through a secure link.
6. As a precaution a £150 refundable damage deposit will be pre-authorised 2 days before check-in and released up to 3 days after check-out once we have reviewed the property
