Great vacation in a beautiful home

Villa Flavia is located in the hills above Isola Rossa and Spiaggia Li Ferulli. You have an amazing view over the sea with a beautiful sunset in the evening. The property is quite big with enough space for up to six people. There are two bathrooms and on each side a huge terrace to sit on. The host was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely love to come again some time.

Wonderful

We had a great stay in this lovely house in Sardinia. The place is quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view – especially at sunset. We spent every evening on the spacious, shaded terrace, just enjoying the moment.We were four, with two girls aged 7 and 10, and the house suited us perfectly. It’s comfortable, well equipped, and full of charm.The only small downside was the lack of air conditioning, specially at night – it got a bit warm during our stay. But everything else was perfect, and we’d love to come back!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Ausblick, herrlich ruhig gelegen. Manche Dinge benötigen langsam einer Reparatur ( Stuhl, versch.Steckdosen). Hauptproblem aus unserer Sicht ist eine fehlende Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen.

Sappiamo che ha dei limiti, come l'aria condizionata, esplicitati nelle informazioni per ovviare a fraintendimenti. Ma questa stagione calda in modo anomalo non ha sicuramente aiutato. Das kleine Haus liegt abseits vom Trubel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über den kleinen Berg bis zum Meer! Die Einrichtung im Haus war sehr gut! Küche hatte alles , was man zum Kochen braucht! Badezimmer waren sauber und hatten jeweils noch ein Bidet! Das Kinderzimmer war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, das Etagenbett hatte noch einige Fächer, in denen man noch was verstauen konnte! Das obere Bett war mit einer Treppe, auch für Erwachsene sehr gut zu erreichen! Das Schlafzimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte noch eine kleine Abstellkammer mit diversen Luftmatratzen, Sonnenschirmen,…! Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und von keiner Seite einsehbar, so dass man in Ruhe dort verweilen konnte! Außerdem gab es eine Außendusche mit warmen Wasser! Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet! Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, so dass es relativ schnell sehr warm in dem Haus wird! Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Diese Ruhe und der Ausblick, die wir dort hatten, war für uns sehr entspannend! Sonia, unsere Gastgeberin war immer gut erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert! Wir haben die nördliche Insel mit dem Motorrad von dort gut erreichen können! Unser Lieblingsstrand war in Isola Rossa , die La Marindda am Kinderspielplatz! Tolles Haus jedoch nicht Empfehlenswert imAugust da das Haus leider keine Klimaanlage hat. Wir hatten im Schnitt jeden Tag um die 36 cUnd im Haus war es leider teilweise unerträglich in der Nacht da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war.Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum nur 5 Minuten von sämtlichen Stränden weg.Empfehlenswert wäre auch zu erwähnen Das Haus ist ca. 50 Minuten von Port Torres entfernt daher unsere Empfehlung den Hafen zu wählen bei der Anreise Falls ihr mit dem Auto kommt.Fazit wir kommen wieder jedoch nicht im August.Wer auf Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit steht der ist hier genau richtig.

Meine Frau und ich waren mit unserem Hund in der Villa Flavia für 2 Wochen. Ich kann nur alles super! Haus, Lage, Support, Aussicht, alles top. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Villa Flavia nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!

Traumblick und Ruhe in der Natur

Wer Abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genießen möchte, und den Meerblick liebt , ist hier am richtigen Fleck. Zur Selbstversorgung alles da, Auto für Einkäufe und essen gehen zwingend notwendig. Alles in allem für uns Top. Strand in 1,3 km mit Auto, sehr schön aber ohne laufen geht’s nicht …. Aber es lohnt sich, feiner Sand.

Posizione e vista fantastica

Bellissima posizione isolata con vista fantastica casa attrezzatissima e molto confortevole. Pocob distante da spiagge bellissime dal supermercato e paese. Serve assolutamente la macchina. Le indiccazioni su vrbo non sono esatte. Serve specificare che l ultimo tratto breve è sterrato. Fotse in piena estate servirebbero le zanzariere alle finestre
