On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with a double sofabed, dining table, kitchen corner, and satellite TV with air conditioning. This level also includes one room with two beds, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, and a microwave. Additionally, there are three showers/WC on this level.

The upper floor features three rooms with sloping ceilings and varying ceiling heights between 140 - 220 cm. One room has a french bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, and access to the balcony. The second room has a french bed, while the third room has a french bed and air conditioning. There is also a shower/bidet/WC and a separate WC on this level.
