Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in the 3 Dé residence, south orientation with 2 balconies.

Excellent location, really close to all shops and lifts. Parking directly outside.The property itself was very clean and tidy, always warm with plenty of hot water, a kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are definitely rebooking this place.

Great apartment with spacious lounge

A well equipped apartment in a convenient location for both the village and the slopes. The apartment has a great size lounge/kitchen area with 2 sofas and table for 6 people. The kitchen has a full oven and hob and usefully, for us, a washing machine. Patrice and Joelle were a joy to deal with during the booking process , during the stay and after too. Les Coches is a lovely village with good access to the Paradiski ski area and some good family restaurants. Highly recommended.

Superbe semaine aux Coches,

Appartement très agréable, pièce à vivre très spacieuse. Énormément de rangements aussi bien pour les affaires personnelles que pour l'alimentation et autres... Ascenseur pratique et départ du télésiège Plan Bois 100m très appréciable. Équipements électroménagers au top... En 2 mots un superbe appartement pour passer d'agréables séjours aux Coches ,je recommande !

Nous avons apprécié le cadre l’appartement est très bien équipé très propre.Dimanche il y avait les Motors Days mon petit fils à adoré voir toutes ses belles voitures nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Sehr Hübsch und funktional aber..

Leider kein funktionierendes WLAN und auch ein sehr sehr schlechtes Mobil Netz. Auch leider kein deutsches TV Programm. Der Balkon ist nicht Richtung Südwest sondern Süd ost und man hat auch keinen Mont blanc Blick. Sondern schaut auf den Hang. Die Küche ist super!! 200 m zum Sessellift.

Excellent séjour en famille (4 pers)

Appartement très agréable, très propre et très bien équipé. Proche des remontées mécaniques, et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié le retour à ski jusqu'au pied de l'immeuble. Nos grandes ados ont un peu regretté l'absence de WIFI !!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 5 dans cet appartement: salon spacieux, orienté sud, très bien équipé, déco jolie. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs sur les différentes questions avant et pendant le séjour. Immeuble proche des commerces sans être sur la rue ou dans la foule. Je recommande!

Appartement très joliment agencé et décoré, en bois style chalet. Grande pièce à vivre, à 7 nous étions à l'aise, d'autant qu'il y a 2 salles de bain. Le balcon qui laisse une vue dégagée est appréciable. Tous les équipements cuisine sont très pratique (plancha/grill-raclette, fondu, presse agrume électrique, four etc...) Il y a même quelques livres/BD/DVD : parfait pour des soirées familiales. La station est très sympathique et familiale. Appartement situé à quelques mètres du début des pistes. Très bon séjour, nous avons hâte de revenir.

Séjour très agréable aux Coches

Très bel appartement et très bien situé. A quelques pas de la caisse des forfaits, de la location de ski, du centre du village et bien sûr des pistes. Tout est faisable à pieds et c'est très appréciable quand on est au ski, cela évite bien des galères. L'appartement est confortable, propre, la pièce principale est agréable et cosy et les 2 salles de bain ont été apprécié (même si elles sont un peu petites...). Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Le domaine de la Plagne est vraiment super avec peu de monde et peu d'attente aux remontées cette semaine. Nous avons été surpris par la gentillesse des gens qui ont été toujours été très agréables et souriant avec une mention spéciale au "Locas Bar" et son Happy Hours. Le seul petit bémol c'est le prix de l'alimentation à la supérette...c'est généralement plus cher à la montagne mais là, il vaut mieux prévoir d'apporter ses courses pour la semaine.

spacious appartment very close to lifts and shops

This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed here. It is perfectly situated both for La Plagne and Les Arcs. At the end of the day you can ski almost to the front-door from either station. We much appreciated the size of the appartment and the well equipped kitchen. Also having two bahtrooms is a plus. Les Coches is a small village with empahasis on families. All basics (Spar, Sportshops, Restaurants) are availble as well as a traiteur and a boulanger. All communication with fam. Chareyre was very clear and fast (and handy for us Dutchmen in Englilsh;>).

Nice apartment good location

A nice apartment well equipped for self catering. It is well positioned about 300m from the lifts that get you up to 1800m and with in easy reach of the main La Plagne ski area. It is great for total beginners as there is a good magic carpet just next to the top of the lift and a nice cafe to use as well! The village has a good selection of hire shops and bars plus a small supermarket that stocks the essentials. The only stopping 5 stars is that the kitchen/sitting room does not have a door on it so if anyone is sleeping in there (3 single sofa beds) there is no privacy. Over all a great holiday location for a family.
