OCEANFRONT CORNER SUITE IN BEAUTIFUL PACIFIC BEACH

Ocean front cozy corner suite with stunning unobstructed white water ocean views and invigorating ocean breezes. Nestled in the heart of Pacific Beach, 30 seconds from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk and walking distance to the lively Garnet Avenue where you can enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs. Centrally located in San Diego, this beachfront condo is close to Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Seaworld, Belmont Amusement Park and the Crystal Pier. The giant wall of glass windows bring the outside in. When the blinds are up it transforms the living spaces into private balconies over looking the Pacific Ocean. Please come and enjoy the panoramic views.

***Our cleaning staff has enhanced cleaning criteria based on WHO and CDC guidelines to combat any chance of Covid-19 spread. Although our standards were always high, we are doing our part to use additional types of cleaning solutions. I will be available by phone and email at any time. The best times to communicate with me are in the afternoon and evenings, Pacific time. I look forward to helping you enjoy your stay to the fullest!

My home is very easy to access. You will enter through a lobby and collect your key at the lock boxes. There is a parking spot for you in the garage. The pool, spa and rooftop terrace are shared.

Pacific Beach has everything you want. Whether you prefer to spend your time with your family at the beach in peace and quiet or hanging out late with your friends at night there's always something to do. The neighborhood is very safe, there is constant police on patrol. If its peace you are looking for, avoid garnet ave and mission blvd between 10pm and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. If it's a party, you will find it on those streets in full swing on Friday and Saturday. Also, don't miss Taco Tuesday which is celebrated everywhere in Pacific Beach. No matter what your style is, there's something for you here in Sunny San Diego!

Wanna get around? Nearby are bike rentals, scooter rentals like Bird and Lime, and taxis. But my favorite way of transportation in San Diego is Uber or Lyft. I have them both downloaded and check to see which gives me the best deal for a quick trip. Of course, you can always rent a car and use your included parking spot. Just don't forget to avoid traffic between 3pm to 6pm!

Location is amazing! The views from the condo were breathtaking! Communication with Matthew was great. Condo could use some TLC. It is apparent that it is solely a rental property. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water was plentiful and arrived at the showers and sinks quickly. There are beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas, which made enjoying the time spent at the beach very easy and enjoyable. The reserved parking space is right by the elevator so it was very convenient.

Such an awesome location... The pictures don't do the view justice. The beach was literally steps away with lots of restaurants, grocery store and other shopping within walking distance. So nice to have on-site parking as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The view was amazing 10/10; Cleanliness was good still had some spots with sand on the floor. Good location easy beach access and a short walk to the Crystal Pier. Parking was really good as you have your own spot and its right in front of the elevators.The host Matthew was nice and responded to me everytime. There were a few things that we found that need to be fixed and Matthew offered to come the next day and take care of them. They were not that serious and we advised him it could wait until after we left. All in all, it was a very good stay.

I can't imagine a better location in San Diego! Look out the window from the 4th floor and you can almost touch the ocean. Each morning there are 20-30 surfers as well as the occasional parasailor. The condo itself has plenty of room, a comfortable living room, and large bedrooms. The owner was responsive when I reached out to him. All in all, a great stay!

View and parking were great but the property was dirty with broken lamps, door knobs, refrigerator drawers. I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning. This property needs some fixes and some TLC in order for it to be worth the price. Disappointed in VRBO’s listing this property.

Thank you for the feedback Patricia. We have addressed every issue mentioned in this review. We never received pictures outlining mistakes the cleaners made which you said you would send. We offered to send cleaners there to address any issues and you refused. We also offered to assist with any items you were unhappy with which you also refused. We offered you a partial refund and you refused. We do love to take care of our guests, but you have to work with us a little. Safe travels, and take care!

The host was very responsive and brought over what we needed quickly. The view was amazing! Great view on two sides of the building, clear view of the whole coastline. Was great to hear the waves crashing all night long. Laundry down the hall took quarters or credit cards via an app. The pool temp was nice and hot tub great. Great location. Restaurants and grocery store very walkable.

Gorgeous views, very clean, well supplied. Would love to have nicer shampoo, more tea towels (there was just one), a teapot, and more lighting in the back bedroom. It was in the 50s when we were there and we really appreciated the space heater and many fleece blankets. King bed was great, can't speak to the queens our kids used but there were no complaints. Appreciated the Mrs. Meyer's soaps. We have stayed at Capri by the Sea many times to visit local family and this is one of the better condos we have tried.
