We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Lovely flat with plenty of room and SO close to everything. Susanna was an exceptional host - responding quickly and helpfully to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We really loved our stay at this apartment. It is a short walking distance from all the attractions. Susanna was excellent to deal with. She provided so much information about transportation and restaurants in the area. We really felt like it was our home away from home. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a comfortable property in a nice location. The host was very easy to deal with and made the check in and out process easy. The apartment could be better furnished and feels a bit like staying in a warehouse. What it's lacking in warmth it does make up for in location.

The host was amazing. She responded immediately to every communication. The street was noisy but only with expected noise from regular things on the street, it became white noise immediately. Gelato and restaurants a block away. The apartment was part 16th century and part 21st century. I would totally stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment comfortable, bright, spacious and well located for exploring Florence. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit.A few housekeeping details could be improved. We found that some dishes needed to be rewashed before use, and the bathroom toothbrush cup appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly. We also discovered an extra set of towels during our stay, but it would have been helpful to have clearer information about where spare linens were stored. Providing paper towels or extra kitchen dish cloth would also be a welcome addition for guests staying several nights.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the apartment, particularly for its location and comfort.

A great location and immaculate apartment

Our visit in Florence was spectacular. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and provided information to help us learn the area.The location is AWESOME and the VRBO owner Susanna was so receptive and helpful in the check-in process.
