Holiday home Zwin 33 is centrally located in Scheldeveste park. With a spacious south-facing garden and views of the adjacent lake, you can always enjoy the various terraces.
Holiday home Zwin 33 is centrally located on park Scheldeveste. With a spacious south-facing garden and views of the adjacent lake, you can always enjoy the various terraces. The detached canopy is also a great place to be. It has sliding doors that can be closed or opened as desired. The garden offers plenty of opportunities for young and old to play. There is a large trampoline, a sturdy rowing boat and a spacious lawn. In the garden house you will find a wagon and beach toys for a lovely day at the beach. There is a large selection of outdoor toys. The garden is completely fenced so children can play outside safely.
There is also a BBQ and cosy garden furniture. At a spacious picnic table you can enjoy eating outside.
In spring 2025, the house was renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom and downstairs toilet. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances and utensils. In the adjacent utility room there is a washer and dryer and another fridge-freezer.
With many beach attributes, the house is a very atmospheric accommodation for your holiday. You reach the first floor via an open staircase painted in the colours of the local lighthouse.
On this floor there are three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and in the adjoining bathroom you will find the shower, second toilet and bathroom cabinet with double sink and toilet.
The house has plenty of board games and books for an enjoyable day at home.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away and the ferry to Vlissingen can also be reached on foot.
There are 4 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes for a bike ride to the village or further afield.
Cadzand, Groede, Nieuwvliet, Oostburg and even Knokke are some places that are easy to reach by bike. If you take the ferry to Vlissingen, a cycling trip on Walcheren is also very worthwhile.
The spacious driveway can accommodate 3 cars. There is a charging station at the holiday home to charge your electric car.
100 metres away is a playground for the little ones with playhouses and swings. 200 metres away is the sports hall with indoor swimming pool and sports fields.
Zwin 33 is guaranteed to be a super-fine stay for your holiday!
