Villa Avanti, managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas, is a stylish contemporary designer villa enjoying an elevated position amongst the pine covered hills of Mas Mila, just a 12-minute drive from Sitges.
This is a fully air-conditioned luxury holiday home that has been meticulously built to the highest specifications and thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its privileged position. A major attraction of the villa is a beautiful swimming pool that is perfectly positioned to make the most of the wonderful views over the surrounding hills and vineyards.
In addition to the fantastic infinity pool, Villa Avanti also has several different outdoor dining spaces and chill-out areas making it ideal for a highly relaxing family holiday in the Mediterranean sun.
Villa Avanti is located in the same small development as Villa Valentino, Villa Solaris and Villa Chanel, and so enjoys the same attractive and peaceful location as these properties as well as easy access to local amenities and world-class holiday attractions.
The highly popular and bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches is just a 12-minute drive, and the centre of Barcelona (Placa d' Espanya) and its international airport can be reached in 40 minutes.
ACCOMMODATION
The thoughtful layout of the villa combined with the extensive use of glass in the design means that every room in Villa Avanti is filled with Mediterranean light and enjoys panoramic views across the hills of the Garraf Natural Park. The decor is both modern and stylish with attractive mixed parquet and tiled floors throughout.
The accommodation at Villa Avanti is arranged over 3 floors as follows;
Entrance Level
The villa entrance leads into a spacious hallway. The first of the 4 bedrooms is located on this level, and this is a delightful master suite offering a large, comfortable double bed (can also be made up as twin beds), an en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and a desk. The bedroom enjoys attractive views over the surrounding countryside and the hills of the Garraf Natural Park.
Living Level
Stairs located in the entrance hall lead down to a stylish open plan living/dining area. Both the lounge area and kitchen have their own terraces.
The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a large sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and flatscreen TV. There is also a dining table seating up to 8 guests. Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the room with light and provide access to a large and sunny terrace. The terrace has a chill-out space with comfortable low-level seating and a dining table for up to 10 guests providing the perfect outdoor space for relaxing or enjoying alfresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ provided. The terrace enjoys panoramic views over the swimming pool area and out across the rolling green hills of the Garraf Natural Park.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything necessary for a family summer holiday. The kitchen also offers another completely private and shaded terrace with dining table and seating for 8 guests.
There is a conveniently located guest toilet on this level.
Bedroom Level
Stairs lead down from the living area to the lower level where the remaining 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located.
There is another master suite comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests with ensuite bathroom and a balcony that runs along the full length of the villa and is shared with the other two bedrooms on this floor.
The remaining small double and twin bedroom both share a bathroom, and both have access to the balcony.
Villa Avanti can sleep up to 8/9 guests in 4 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Bedroom 1 – Entrance level - master en-suite with large double or twin beds, desk & wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 – Lower level – master en-suite with king size bed, desk, built-in wardrobes & shared balcony with views.

Bedroom 4 - Twin / double with wardrobe and shared balcony.
A foldup bed can be added to the master suites to provide sleeping for 1 more guest.

Gardens, Terraces and Pool Area
The centrepiece of the outside space at Villa Avanti is without doubt the fantastic 8m x 4m swimming swimming pool enjoying wonderful views across the surrounding hills. The attractive wooden decking and artificial grass surrounding the pool provides plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation on the sun loungers provided. There is also a chill-out area located close to the pool with shade and comfortable seating.
Directly outside of the living room is a beautiful terrace with a large dining table comfortably seating 10 guests and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. There is also a very cool lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing.
There is an additional private terrace located off the kitchen complete with a dining table for up to 8 guests.
Three of the four bedrooms have access to a long balcony with stunning views over the swimming pool and across the rolling hills surrounding the villa.
The rest of the gardens have been left in their attractive natural state consisting of limestone rocks interspersed with aromatic Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, lavender and thyme as well as the celebrated native Margallo palm.
There is secure off-street parking for 2 cars at Villa Avanti. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking outside the house and no permits are required.

A car is essential for guests staying at Villa Avanti.
The swimming pool requires that children be supervised by adults at all times.
Unfortunately, Villa Avanti is not suitable for wheelchair users.
A car is recommended - taxis can be organised for trips out.
