Villa Valentino, managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas, with a heated pool is a spectacular contemporary designer villa enjoying an elevated position amongst the pine covered hills of Mas Mila, just a 12-minute drive from Sitges.



This is a fully air conditioned luxury holiday home that has been meticulously built to the highest specifications and thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its privileged position, which includes a beautiful heated pool perfectly positioned to make the most of the wonderful views over the surrounding hills and vineyards.



Villa Valentino offers a peaceful and private location with several different outdoor dining spaces and chillout areas making it ideal for enjoying a relaxed Mediterranean family holiday. Despite its calm location it's still close to local amenities and within easy reach of world-class holiday attractions.



The highly popular and bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches is just a 12-minute drive, and the centre of Barcelona (Placa d' Espanya) and its international airport can be reached in 40 minutes.



ACCOMMODATION

The spacious layout and extensive use of glass in the design means that every room in Villa Valentino is filled with Mediterranean light and enjoys panoramic views across the hills of the Garraf Natural Park. The decor is both modern and stylish, with high quality furnishing and attractive mixed parquet and tiled floors throughout.



The accommodation at Villa Valentino is arranged over 3 floors as follows;

Entrance Level

The villa is entered through a wide gate acroos the private parking area to the front door that leads into a wide hallway.

The first of the 4 bedrooms is located on this level. The impressive master suite with huge sliding glass doors that frame the uninterrupted views of the beautiful rolling hills surrounding the villa and down to the swimming pool.

The spacious master suite offers a large, comfortable double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobes, a desk and large private terrace with lounge seating overlooking the pool and with countryside views.



Living Level

Stairs located in the entrance hall lead down to a stylish open plan living/dining area, which is connected to a contemporary kitchen.

The lounge /dining area is stylishly furnished with two large and comfortable sofas along with low level tables and a dining table with seating for 8 guests. There are huge sliding doors leading out to a delightful terrace complete with a chill-out space, dining area for up to 10 and a gas BBQ.

The spacious, modern and fully equipped American-style kitchen offers plenty of room for preparing delicious meals or relaxing at the breakfast bar while enjoying a coffee or snack. There is an additional terrace leading out from the kitchen, providing another perfect private outside space for breakfast or cocktails, complete with a table seating up to 8 guests.

There is a conveniently located guest toilet on this level.



Bedroom Level

Stairs lead down from the open plan living area to the lower level where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located.

There is another impressive suite comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests with ensuite bathroom and a balcony that runs along the full length of the villa and is shared with the other bedrooms.

The remaining double and twin bedroom both share an additional bathroom as well as the balcony.



Villa Valentino can sleep up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Bedroom 1 – Entrance level - Master En-suite with super king bed, desk, wardrobe and private terrace

Bedroom 2 – Lower Level – Master En-suite with king size bed, desk, built-in wardrobes & shared balcony with views.

Bedroom 3 - Twin / Double bedroom with TV, built-in wardrobe, shared balcony

Bedroom 4 - Twin / Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and shared balcony.

Two fold up beds can be added to the master suites to provide sleeping for 2 more people.

Bathroom 1 – Ensuite – walk in shower, washbasin & toilet.

Bathroom 2 - En-suite – walk in shower, washbasin & toilet.

Bathroom 3 – Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin & toilet.

Gardens, Terraces and Pool Area

The centrepiece of the sun drenched outside spaces at Villa Valentino has to be the fantastic 8m x 4m heated swimming pool enjoying wonderful views across the surrounding hills. The attractive wooden decking around the pool area provides plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation on the sun loungers provided as well as in the comfortable chill-out area. The pool heating is available on request at an extra cost.



Directly outside the living room is a beautiful terrace with a large dining table comfortably seating 10 guests and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. There is also a very cool lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing.

There is an additional private terrace located off the kitchen complete with a dining table for up to 8 guests.



All bedrooms have access to a terrace or balcony. The master-suite has its own private terrace and the other three bedrooms share a long balcony. All have stunning views over the swimming pool and across the rolling hills surrounding the villa.



The rest of the gardens have been left in their attractive natural state consisting of limestone rocks interspersed with aromatic Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, lavender and thyme as well as the celebrated native Margallo palm.



There is secure off-street parking for 2 cars at Villa Valentino. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking outside the house and no permits are required.

Heated pool is available on request, the cost is 280 Euros per week (minimum fee). Please note that the water temperature we hope to achieve is between 22-29 degrees, however, this cannot be guaranteed in the winter months due to factors such as high rainfall and adverse weather conditions etc. The heated pool needs 3 to 5 days to reach the right temperature.





These prices do not include tourist tax of 1,00 € / person / day.
