Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Enjoyed walking access to Monon Trail, convenient to Grand Park, restaurants and shopping-very centrally located. Susie was so easy to work with and I will definitely be visiting more of her properties in the future!

Stayed for weekend soccer tournament. Very close to fields, restaurants, grocery, and more. House was nicely furnished. Would stay again.

Great Host

We needed a place to stay and this place did not disappoint. It was close to Grand Park nestled in a quite peaceful neighborhood just the way we like it. Definitely will book with this host the next time I’m in this area. House was clean, everything one could need was there.

We stayed here for a girls trip. We wanted more than a few hotel rooms so we could hang out and play games together. The house was updated and fresh. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions!

Great Location to Grand Park Sports Complex

This house was exactly what we we were looking for. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. The owner was so nice. She provided recommendations for local dining, grocery store options and things to do. Highly recommend!

Close By an Comfy

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this house was perfect. It was spotless and had everything we needed. With the house being only a few minutes from the Pacer center, it was a perfect location for us.

We can’t wait to come back. Susie is a tremendous host. She communicated everything to us perfectly, was always super helpful, and answered questions throughout our stay. We loved that the property was so close to Grand Park. We also enjoyed the community pool which is within walking distance. The property was fully stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels, bars age bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets....and many other things. The owner is amazingly responsive and very helpful.

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time! True to the reviews, Grand Park was less than five minutes away. We loved the rooms, and our boys loved the “bunk room”. It was large enough to allow them to enjoy all of the electronic games they brought. We had friends there after a game, and we had a great time visiting on the deck. I will certainly give this property two thumbs up !!

Very clean with all amenities

Wonderful spot for Grand Park tournament! Lots of good restaurants with close by grocery store. House was very clean with updated appliances. Lots of cooking utensils. Nice quality towels so I need to bring your own. Provided paper products and trash bags as well. Great communication with owner. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Funeral weekend

This house was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for the weekend to attend a funeral. It was 7 of us total. My mother uses a walker and cannot climb steps well. This one level home with no front entry steps was perfect. It had plenty of updated touches, clean, and all the basic kitchen items we needed. The host, Susie, was very quick to respond to any questions and helpful when dealing with our special accommodations regarding my mother. The location was close to the church and all kind of eateries and shopping if needed. Always a plus when you can get to Walmart to pick up last minute items within a few minutes drive. And although we were in town for a celebration of life it was also only about 45 minutes away from the 2 Chicks District shop (HGTV fan). Would stay here again if I am in the area visiting family.
