La casa di 70mq si compone di: due camere da letto( una matrimoniale ed una doppia), soggiorno, cucina attrezzata, due bagni, giardino, ingresso indipendente e posto auto privato coperto in loco.
Si trova in zona ospedaliera, a 500mt dal supermercato Lidl, a soli 15 min a piedi dal centro e a 5 min di auto dalla spiaggia più vicina (Baia di Trentova); inoltre, in soli 15 minuti di auto è possibile raggiungere i magnifici templi di Paestum e in un'ora gli scavi di Pompei.
La stazione ferroviaria di Agropoli è a 5 min e l'aeroporto di Napoli a poco più di un'ora
