It was a wonderful holiday, the accommodation is excellent and the walk to the beach is short and convenient. The accommodation is equipped with everything you could wish for and is very quiet. Everything worked out very well with Summer In Italy.

My family enjoyed very much the stay

My family enjoyed very much the stay. It's a very nice villa in a very good shape and has more then enough space for 6 people. The host was very nice and supportive, we even got a nice welcome gift consisting of fresh buffalo mozzarella and fresh lemons from his private garden. Thanks, all was great!

The villa is equipped with all comforts, nothing is missing! The location is quiet and close to the beach. Really enjoyed our weekly stay, will certainly return. Nothing to change, everything is just perfect! It was our first time with Summer In Italy, everything went good and smooth.

We really liked it

We really liked it. Positives: - location - proximity to the beach - shops - peace and quiet in the house - very friendly housekeeper - possibility of parking Gaetana [the owner] and Luda [the housekeeper] were extremely friendly. We had a great experience with Summer In Italy, their customer service is excellent.

Beautiful and cozy house just perfect for the vacation

Beautiful and cozy house just perfect for the vacation! The terrace area was amazing, we had really fantastic time. The house is very well equipped overall and especially the kitchen to cook or barbecue when you dont wanna eat out. We mainly cooked dinners at home since we have a little kid. The house is actually 2 separate apartments which is ideal for 2 families or couples offering privacy. The area is calm with many cute villages and all necessary services within 5-10 min drive away. The nice sandy beach is about 5 min to walk.

We spent two magnificent weeks with the family, 6 guests

We spent two magnificent weeks with the family, 6 guests. The house has everything you need, nothing missed. The patio is very large and relaxing, there is also an external shower. Gennaro [the owner] was absolutely welcoming and helpful, noting missed. After the first week a cleaning lady came to the villa, she was very nice, cleaned the whole house and even changed the sheets. Thanks for everything and we hope to see you again soon. Villa il Nocchiero is truly spectacular

Villa il Nocchiero is truly spectacular. I've been on vacation with friends (6 people in total). The villa is very well furnished, welcoming, spacious, bright and full of decorative details. The owners and property managers are wonderful people, attentive, kind and helpful. A truly top holiday. Super recommended! 👍🏻
