- Fully equipped kitchen (MOKA coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, gas stove, oven and refrigerator).
- Main bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a cozy armchair for evening relaxation.
- Bathroom complete with a shower cubicle, sink, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer, supplied with a full set of complimentary toiletries.

Guests will have free Wi-Fi access throughout the property, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, and vacuum cleaner. Upon request, a cot can be added for an additional fee of 10 euros per day. Additionally, the apartment is fully and independently equipped with a heating system. The coded lock ensures secure and autonomous access to the apartment.
