A haven of peace, facing south. Nice elegant house with large terrace of 35m2 and a Mediterranean terraced garden with panoramic sea view. Ideal family. Possibility 5 people. Internet connection. Two bedrooms and a lounge "TV corner". Equipped and large kitchen plancha to the outside. A pergola in a beautiful bougainvillea can have meals overlooking the sea and the sound of cicadas. A second sun terrace, nestled in nature, facing the sea.
Direct access to the sea 100m by stairs (pebbles, flat rocks) and many beautiful sandy beaches nearby (3-5km) not to mention the islands of Porquerolles opposite. Walking also wonderful walking paths along the coastline (protected area).
Supermarket, shops and pharmacy at Pradet or Carqueiranne 10 minutes by car.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tag in dem schönen Anwesen mit tollem Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Schöner gepflegter Garten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Gute Betten. An den meisten Fenster sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Die kleine Wohnanlage ist ruhig und gepflegt. Die Treppe zum Meer steil und spannend. Es hat Spaß gemacht. Zur Begrüßung standen eine Flasche Wein und Calissons auf dem Tisch. Merci beaucoup.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus in einer wunderbar ruhigen und grünen Gartenanlage

Sehr gut. Uns hat der Blick aufs Meer, die Ruhe und der Garten sehr gefallen. Allerdings sollte in der Anzeige stehen, ob Bettwäsche gestellt wird und im Preis inbegriffen ist. Obwohl ich mehrfach die Agentur und den Vermieter angeschrieben habe, wurde mir diese Informationen nicht gegeben. So haben wir einen extra Koffer für Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht, um dann Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Haus zu finden, die uns dann nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt worden sind.

Wunderbar

Schickes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Wer wie wir auf Landhaus steht wird es lieben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht Englisch. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter und kommen auch sicher wieder.

Traumhafte Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer

Das Ferienhaus ist klein, aber wunderschön provençalisch, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sauber(wir hatten nur leider eine Ameisenstaße in der Küche, die ich mir Essig bekämpft habe, da ich das Nest nicht lokalisieren konnte). Es gibt ein kleines Booklet, das alle Details zum Haus und Umgebung enthält. Der Garten ist ein Paradies, mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Gegen die Mücken helfen Basilikumpflanzen. Für das obere Schlafzimmer wäre doch statt des Ventilstors eine Klimaanlage nützlich, es wird oben sehr heiß. Fazit:Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit der traumhaften Aussicht zum Frühstück/Essen auf der oberen Terrasse sehr genossen und würden immer wieder dorthin zurück kehren.

La situation et la description de la location étaient parfaitement conformes. Endroit magnifique surplombant la mer avec une vue et une végétation à couper le souffle. Tout est fait par le loueur pour nous mettre dans les meilleures conditions possibles. tout est fonctionnel dans la maison. Suggestions de ballades et de bons petits restaurants. Maison pleine de charme

Après avoir descendu quelques marches, vous arrivez dans une petite maison décorée avec goût dans son écrin de verdure et son jardin méditerranéen qui en cette saison dévoile de magnifiques couleurs. Vue magnifique sur la méditerranée quelque soit l'endroit où vous êtes. Pour les amoureux de balades, ou randos , c'est le coin idéal avec des vues époustouflantes. En bref ! tout nous a plu.

Wir haben wunderbare Herbstferien in einer spätsommerlich duftenden exklusiven Feriensiedlung an der Côte d’Azur verbracht. Le Cabanon ist geschmackvoll, liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Dazu gehören auch die zwei Terrassen eines romantisch angelegten Gartens und Sonne bzw. Mond und Sterne über dem weiten Meer - wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub, tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Die Lage ist optimal. Ausflüge in näherer Umgebung an wunderschönen Stränden, besonders die Strände in/um Hyeres haben wir sehr genossen. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Im Haus gab es Alles was man braucht. Es gab zur Begrüßung eine gute Flasche regionalen Wein und eine feine Leckerei. Monsieur Thenoz ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil mit traumhaftem Garten

Das Haus und seine Einrichtung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben im Juni allerdings überwiegend die wunderbare Terrasse genutzt, die eingebettet ist von Blumen und Sträuchern. Uns haben die Strände und auch der Ort Carqueiranne sehr gut gefallen, während le Pradet ein Vorort von Toulon ist, durch den sich leider entsprechend viel Verkehr quält. Die Bäcker und der Fleischer sowie der Gemüsehändler sind allerdings absolut empfehlenswert. Rundum trotz sehr hoher Temperaturen ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit vielen bleibenden Eindrücken. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Thenoz.

Un Paradis !

Très beau gîte, décoré avec goût, bien équipé, entouré de fleurs, de palmiers et face à la mer. Nous étions là avec notre chien (bouvier bernois) qui s'y est également plu avec de belles randonnées alentours. Apprécié également: endroit très calme, loin de l'agitation de la côte. Merci!

Vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé de trés bonnes vacances dans ce petit coin de paradis. Magnifique vue sur la mer , merveilleux jardin fleuri au calme sans vis à vis . Deux trés jolies terrasses où il faisait bon se prélasser et une jolie petite maison trés fonctionnelle où il ne manquait de rien. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et reviendrons certainement !!! Un grand merci à Monsieur Thénoz pour son livret d accueil trés complet ( infos concernant la maison , les alentours et choses à voir et à faire , ect …) pour ces douceurs : chocolat et vins du pays en cadeau de bienvenue . Je recommande vivement ce lieu !
