Lovely 55 sqm apartment with a large sunny terrace located on Viale Regina Margherita, which is about 2 km long and goes through Trieste, Salario and Nomentano districts. It was inaugurated on May 24th 1932 by Benito Mussolini.
The area is mainly residential with a supermarket (at 5 min, on Via Arno), a pharmacy and the main facilities, all located within very easy walking distance.
At 500 meters you find the zoo and both Villa Borghese park and its museum; strategically close to La Sapienza, Luiss university and Umberto I Hospital (Policlinico Umberto I).
In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach Santa Maria Addolorata church.
The closest subway stop is Policlinico (line B). The area is also well served by tramways 2,3,19.
The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city center.
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

Bright 58sqm , one bedroom apartment with a huge terrace on the 5th floor of a period building (with an elevator) dating back to the early XX century, in an elegant neighbourhood in the vicinity of the city centre.
The living room is furnished with a single sofa bed, a TV corner and a dining table seating up 5; the day area also comprises a small but fully fitted kitchenette with two balcony doors opening out onto the terrace.
The bedroom, which is composed of a double bed, a desk and a spacious closet; a French door opens onto the terrace.
A fully fitted kitchenette in in the living area.
The bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom and has sanitary fittings and a shower cabin.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Extra Bed, Extra Cleaning, Tourist tax.
