Brand new to the rental market (see reviews of our other villa to have an idea of the standard of what's on offer (VRBO11257162). This is an exciting opportunity to stay in a luxurious villa before it books up with returning guests! Our villa is beautifully furnished, with quality new furniture, it has a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is very well stocked with top end appliances, crockery, glassware, coffee machine and an air fryer. It has two Master en-suite bedrooms, it has two further bedrooms that share a bathroom. One is a Mickey themed room. We have two US King/UK super king beds, a US Queen/UK King and twin single beds in the Disney room. It has high speed internet included and the third bedroom also has a desk and office chair to use your own device for online meetings. The private pool/spa overlook a conservation area with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Pool heating is included in your price on this booking site. The villa sits on a golf community with all the facilities that has to offer, including a clubhouse, tennis/pickleball court, children's play area and communal pool. The villa is close to many popular restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops as well as fast food outlets such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Dutch Bros., Twistee Treat to name a few. It is just off the US27 and close to the i4, so is an easy commute to and from the airport, it is an ideal location to travel to Tampa, Miami or Cape Canaveral. The villa is suitable for golfers and non-golfers as it is in a quiet residential area, with beautiful surroundings.

Lovely villa in great location

We had a lovely couple of weeks staying here with our two "twenty something" kids!! Location was great, with great privacy and nice view. Highlands Reserve is great for access to supermarkets, restaurants and local attractions. Villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the outlook from the pool and appreciated the pool towels. Although we ate out most of the time, we did have some breakfasts at the villa and there was lots of cutlery and crockery for both inside and out use and a whole cupboard full of cups and mugs! We also enjoyed using the Pool table in the garage. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

I was a little nervous booking this without any previous reviews, however, our group was blown away by this place. The house was extremely clean and well kept, it didn't feel like the normal vacation home. It was beautifully furnished. The pool and hot tub were great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils. The only downfall was 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults for a week / 1 trash bag. We did buy some supplies and left there for the next guest. However, overall, it was a great place to stay and I will request this place every year in the future for our annual visit! If you are thinking about booking it, just do it! You won't regret it!

We are from N Ireland and spent our vacations in Davenport, Florida so decided to buy a villa to rent to other guests to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer. This is our second villa which we have made as comfortable as the first one in listening to our guests. We now have regular visitors who book year on year as they enjoy the home from home feeling of our villas.

This villa is on a quiet golf community, close to many amenities (supermarkets, coffee shops, Disney Parks and other golf courses. It is a very relaxing home with a completely private pool and spa with amazing sunsets in the evenings. Driving into the community feels like an oasis with lush vegetation and the course. There is a clubhouse where you can buy a coffee, drink or snack. There is also a playpark, pickleball court and a communal pool. The conservation area at the back of the villa is a bonus with lots of wildlife to enjoy from the pool deck.
