vacation home Casa Tonio is a convenient solution for those who want to
spend vacations in Salento, away from the chaos of the crowded tourist
resorts, but at the same time about 5 minutes by car from the most
beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and the Ionian Sea.
The two-room apartment is semi-independent as the hallway at the entrance is shared.
The interior of Casa Tonio consists of living room with open kitchen, sofa bed for two, table and chairs for dining, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
There is a small outdoor area equipped with a sitting area and umbrella, for moments of outdoor relaxation.
Air conditioning is located in the bedroom.

Casa Tonio stands in the center of Taviano, within walking distance of all major services.
Taviano is a town in Salento located beyond the greenhouses of the Gulf of Gallipoli.
Famous for its flower production, Taviano has a beautiful coastline
just 6 km from the town center and reachable by car in about 5 minutes.
Very close are the beaches of Gallipoli, the Lido Pizzo area with Punta della Suina and the beaches of Baia Verde.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There is a shared patio at the entrance.
