Apartment 100 MT from the Sea

Apartment 100 meters from the real sea ... and from the beautiful beaches of Salento. Ideal for a family with children. Newly renovated room with all comforts (2 air conditioners, mosquito nets, washing machine, TV, Internet). Place on the 1st Floor and last of a building with 4 apartments. It consists of 2 rooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), an equipped masonry kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a terrace and a balcony, and a common outdoor shower (for the post-Mare). Possibility to leave all the beach equipment, such as shear and parasols, in an entrance hall. There are free parking spaces outside the apartment. The beach is both free and with equipped facilities, there are restaurants, bars and mini-markets on the premises. Optional Internet (to be agreed before arrival)

Wunderbarer Urlaub – perfekte Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber!Wir hatten eine absolut tolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt – es hat uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts an absolut nichts gefehlt.Ein großes Highlight ist auch die besonders strandnahe Lage, wodurch man den Weg zum Meer in kürzester Zeit zurücklegen kann.Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Kommunikation mit Familie Martella. Sie sind super freundlich, stets erreichbar und bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Als bei uns beispielsweise der Wasserhahn kaputtging, wurde das sofort und blitzschnell repariert .Wir können diese Unterkunft und Familie Martella als Gastgeber zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
