Appartement prestigieux et tout neuf de 120 m², lumineux et aéré, situé au troisième étage d’un immeuble élégant dans le quartier romantique et paisible de Monti, à seulement 400 mètres du Colisée et à 450 mètres de la Basilique Sainte-Marie-Majeure, où repose le Pape Bergoglio.
Parfait pour le Jubilé de l'an 2025 à Rome. Près de la tombe du pape Bergoglio et à 300 mètres de l'école primaire d'entraînement des gladiateurs, le Ludus Magnus. L'endroit se trouve à 2 heures de Pompei.

L’appartement, avec parquet dans toutes les pièces, dispose de 2 chambres à coucher aux hauts plafonds, élégamment meublées, chacune équipée d’une smart TV LG 4K avec Amazon Prime Video actif. Les matelas neufs garantissent un sommeil réparateur : le lit double mesure 160x190 cm (queen), tandis que les lits simples ont des dimensions standard de 90x190 cm.

Le salon spacieux offre deux canapés en cuir confortables, y compris la possibilité d’un tout nouveau canapé-lit double supplémentaire (sur demande), une smart TV LG 4K de 65” avec Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ et YouTube, et quatre systèmes d’éclairage dimmables et personnalisables pour créer l’ambiance idéale pour chaque occasion.

Les deux salles de bains modernes comprennent de grandes douches à chromothérapie, pour une expérience SPA relaxante, et des ventilateurs intelligents pour une ventilation optimale et une réduction du bruit.

La cuisine de luxe Stosa est entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers Whirlpool neufs, un réfrigérateur et un congélateur Samsung, un lave-vaisselle, une plaque de cuisson à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, une machine à café Nespresso avec capsules, un grille-pain et une bouilloire électrique. This apartment is better than the pictures! So spacious, clean, and updated. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is an easy walk to the Colosseum, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, the subway, and more. Cappuccinos and a lovely park to stroll through are right across the street. The hosts are very nice, and they provided lots of information and were always quick to answer questions.

Wonderful Family Experience in March 2025

What a wonderful experience! We had a week at this apartment for a family visit to Rome in March 2025. Massimo was wonderful and responsive to all of our questions prior to, and during our visit. He provided a nice instruction booklet on the apartment and it also included amenities and recommendations on the surrounding area. It is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator (lift). The flat is located in a quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum. A peaceful park is adjacent to the building and there is a nice coffee bar right across the street from the front door to the building. A multitude of wonderful restaurants are only a few blocks away. The Metro station is about a 10 minute walk and the Termini Train station was about a 20 minute walk. The apartment pictures are accurate and everything was very clean and seemed new on our visit. All of the functionality that we needed during our stay was provided for in this apartment. Washer, Dryer, utensils, dishes, bottle opener, corkscrew, cutting board, etc. The closest grocery was about a 6 minute walk. I highly recommend this apartment and can confirm that Massimo will take good care of you and your family!!

Modern beautiful centrally located apartment

A real ‘wow’ when you enter the home! The pictures online were beautiful but it’s even better in person! High ceilings, great views, charming decor and comfortable furnishings (beds and leather sofas) with all modern appliances, as was listed. The entire place was super clean and we found everything we needed in the rooms, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The online booklet that they sent us about the place was so thorough. It explained all we needed to know about the home as well as the local grocery stores, attractions, emergency care, how to get around the city, etc. We loved that right across the street was a little cafe that had great cappuccini and panini. My daughter is 21 and there was an outdoor disco bar 5 min walk away she could go to with her friends. Also, the Colosseum is short walk through a park that has a sweet outdoor cafe under the shade of the trees. We took public transit (subways, busses and trains) everywhere and this place was perfectly located between the main routes. If I had any questions at all, Oriana and Massimo were so friendly, quick to reply and happy to assist in any way, they really made our time in Rome better than expected. We would definitely return and also happily refer our family and friends . Grazie per tutto Oriana and Massimo!
