This is a beautifully appointed townhome situated in one of the only walk-able communities in the area. You can easily walk to Whole Foods, Yoga/fitness, many restaurants and shops. This spacious townhome can accommodate up to 8 guests with plenty of space and privacy. Unit has a perfectly equipped kitchen with large center island and plenty of room for dinning. There are two separate balcony patios to enjoy the view of the Colorado mountains and gorgeous sunsets. Street parking is easily accessible and available. This unit is located on the second and third floor of the building, you will need to navigate the stairs for entry. Once up the first flight of stairs you will find a bedroom and a bathroom along with the kitchen, dinning, family room and balcony. Up one more flight of stairs you find the Master suite, a loft and another balcony.

My business is located on the main floor of this property. This is a live/work space. We purchased this building because we searched long and hard for the perfect location and this is it! This is a fantastic neighborhood, it's a walk-able area and the views are spectacular!
What makes this Townhome unique
This home has a very open loft feel and has plenty of space. We are located in a very desirable neighborhood in the area and our guests have access to the pool and tennis courts. The Mountain Views are beautiful and it is very easy to get to both Denver and Boulder.

We enjoyed ourselves so much at the rental. It's fully equipped with any and everything possible that you think that you may need during your stay. Very very clean and modern. You don't have to drive far at all to get any essentials, food, or entertainment. The hosts were very helpful with any need that we had which weren't many at all. Overall rating of the property is a 10 of 10 I have nothing negative nowhere in sight to say about this property we will definitely be returning again this year for Christmas. Thank you so much Holly and Rick for allowing us to experience living in Denver the right way . Again thanks and you guys will definitely receive another booking request from my wife and I in the near future.

This 2 Story Condo was just so luxurious!!! I will never stay anywhere else when I come to the area. Such an amazing kitchen and decorated so beautifully!! 2 beautiful balconies which gorgeous Mountain Views! Yes yes yes please! Can’t wait to come back
The property is ideally located between Denver and Boulder and both are easily accessible. There are many resources and activities located close by as well as in Denver and Boulder and surrounding areas. The immediate area is walk-able with restaurants, grocery store, fitness and shops all within a 1-5 minute walk. The mountain views are breathtaking!
