Not far from the waves, sand, and the fantastic bathing beach in Marielyst, you will find this holiday home with a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. The house offers plenty of space for the whole family or several couples who want to spend their vacation together. The holiday home's inviting location by the water means you can enjoy many hours in beautiful nature, and many hours of fun and relaxation are also guaranteed indoors. The holiday home boasts its own wellness area, where you can take a refreshing dip in the 18 m2 swimming pool. The pool has a water slide and counter-current system, which is a huge hit with the holiday home's guests. The true wellness feeling really creeps in when you take a trip to the room's sauna or hot tub. In addition to the popular pool area, you can compete in the large activity and games room. Here you can play billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts. A well-deserved break can be taken in the room's sofa group by the TV – here you can compete on the PS4 (bring your own games) or read a good book. Furthermore, you can enjoy a pleasant chat in the room's bar, where drinks can be cooled in the bar's own refrigerator. The gathering point of the cottage is in the kitchen/family room, which acts as the center of the cottage. Here there is room for conversation and socializing around the large dining table, where there is plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen itself is also well-equipped and allows for several people to help with the food. A sofa group is located close to the cottage's wood-burning stove, where cozy warmth can spread on cool days. If you are lucky enough to have good weather, you can enjoy delicious dinners on the partially covered terrace. Here, food can be prepared on the grill while the children play in the garden. The cottage's 12 beds are divided into six double rooms, and there are four extra beds in the loft. Each section has its own bathroom, not to mention the shared bathroom in the pool area. The area also has a large communal nature playground and a bouncy castle, which can be used by guests in the area. The cottage is located in a car-free area, which means that parking is not available at the individual houses, but in a shared parking lot in the area. However, it is possible to unload luggage or charge your electric car at a turning area by the house.Utility bills and deposits are paid at the office. Not available for rental to youth groups.
