Freshly cleaned towels & bed linens (washed at 60 degrees C.) and a comfortable 160x200cm bed with mattress & topper awaits you.



Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking utensils and full set of cutlery.



Hair dryer, iron & ironing board are also available.



An inflatable air mattress is also available on request for CHF30/day.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in a very trendy and cool area of the city. Neighborhood is quiet and well connected by public transport.

You will live very close to the city and find trendy bars and good restaurants of different cuisines, cinemas, museums and nightlife all very close by.



If you want to buy groceries, you will find the next store just few minutes walk away from the apartment (Migros, Coop, Dinner etc.)



Getting Around:

LOCATION



The train station is a minute walk away from the apartment, and the Zurich central main train station ‘Hauptbahnhof’ is one stop away.



The tram station is round the corner from the apartment and takes just 9 minutes by tram to downtown ‘Paradeplatz’ shopping street.



If you are coming by car, there are lots of public parking spaces along the streets near the apartment (2-hour parking zone). If you require all-day parking, please contact us for more details. We have a nearby outdoor parking space available for rent at CHF25/day (subject to availability).



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is no TV in the apartment.



If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggages in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests. The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggages there until 17:00 so you can explore the city handsfree while waiting for the check-in time. Please be advised that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guests who need it. Check in time before 15:00 is not possible because our housekeeper works on a tight schedule and it is important that they clean the apartment thoroughly before you check-in but you can be assured that we will expedite the cleaning for you and send you a message when the apartment is ready. Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… but we do not want to pass this cost to guests who don’t need the facility and we trust in your understanding. (If you think the storage costs is unwarranted, then please do not rent it). Please do contact us if you require storage so we can check availability.
