Close to main centre. A little awkward to get to as taxi leaves you at the bottom of a lot of steps. Clean and comfortable. Only drawback is there is only one window above the entrance so its a bit like staying in a cave.

The place is very clean and modern! Quiet part of town but city centre!!! Marta, the host was very friendly and communicated well with our queries and questions.The place is close to good restos! 3 already around the place. You must try the one on the main road called Tasca Baldracca! Make a reservation, or else expect a very late dinner.Shopping is everywhere, walking distance to tour bus meeting place.Marta recommended using uber to get around, I agree! The cost was very reasonable…. Unless you are okay to walk, then that’s the best! I was travelling with my mom and the roads and streets of Lisbon have a lot of hills… so UBER was our way to go!We also did the tuktuk tour which gave us an idea of the tourist spots and sites! I recommend doing this too and can certainly haggle with the tuktuk operators.
