Villa Ipnotica is situated in Ocenelli, 14 kms from central Spoleto.

Beautifully scenic drive to the villa along good roads. And, bars, shops and restaurants are about 5 minutes by car from Villa Ipnotica.

On a hill, with spectacular views, Villa Ipnotica ideally sleeeps 7 persons max.

However, Villa Ipnotica can accommodate additional children at no extra charge, by request.

Villa Ipnotica is a very spacious villa.

All 3 bedrooms and both sitting/dining rooms have sit on balconies.

Both sitting/dining rooms have fully fitted kitchens and an easy to unfold double sofa bed.

One of the sitting/dining rooms opens directly onto the pool area. The other rooms all overlook the pool area and the stupendous, panoramic views.

Easy access from Villa Ipnotica to all Umbrian hot spots such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Bevagna, Spello and Montefranco.

And you can make as much noise as you want because there are no neighbours!!
