This is a luxurious and spacious maisonette offering absolute comfort. It is able to accommodate up to 10 guests in 200 m² of a three-level layout, plus spacious balconies. The sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms, a triple sleeping area in the attic, as well as additional foldable beds that can be placed in the bedrooms when needed.

The maisonette is a luxurious construction made with high-quality materials, equipped with inox kitchen appliances and. Every attention has been paid to ensure a trouble-free stay.

Our home is fully air-conditioned but there are also central heating and additional fireplace for wintertime visitors.

The house is situated on the outskirts of Chania and only a 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Chania city center while still being a few minutes of driving distance away and also be next to the beach and to the famous seafront offering all kinds of services, shops, water sports, and nightlife.

Kato Daratso is located 4,5 km west of Chania, between Kalamaki and Agioi Apostoloi. Like the wider area, it is well developed and attracts a large number of visitors each summer.

Kato Daratso, which is the coastal part of Daratso, has a fantastic sandy beach. The seaside front of the wider area is very well organized and is providing all the possible touristic services as well as a great variety of cafes, beach bars and restaurants.

There are a variety of different blue flagged organized beaches to try within walking distance but also you can keep in mind that at the nearby Inea Hotel you can order snacks and breakfast and use the swimming pool free of charge.

Finally, in the area you can find ATMs, banks, pharmacies and many supermarkets. There is also a taxi service or regular bus services to the city of Chania.


*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €15 per night, while from November to March, it is €4 per night.
