Amazing charm and character in this 3 BDRM, 2 bath in Midtown home. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed (with 1 1/2" fiber bed topper) in bedroom #1, a full size (with memory foam mattress) in bedroom #2, and a daybed with trundle in bedroom #3. Family room w/ dining area connected. Family room has a 50" TV with a sectional couch, and high speed internet connection.

Fully furnished kitchen with breakfast nook. All the utilities you need- microwave, a Kenmore 5 top gas burner stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, and a washer/dryer. Dining room table can seat anywhere from 4-10 people. Hair dryer, towels, iron & ironing board are provided. Hardwood floors throughout. Cozy outside patio, great for hanging with friends.

2 blocks from the Expo and only 10 minutes from Tulsa University. Within 5 miles of 3 major hospitals, Saint Francis, St John, and Hillcrest.

Gem in Tulsa

We were in Tulsa for a horseshow at the expo center and this house was perfect. Safe and walkable to the arenas. Kristi is a great host who made sure we were taken care of and easy to reach if we needed. This will be our ho-to next year for sure!

Close to the Expo Square

Overall we loved the house and the location. The manager was amazing and very helpful! I had a little trouble with the thermostat…mostly cause I’ve never used one like it before. The beds are comfortable, home was very clean spacious and upgraded. We will definitely be back!

Expo center house

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Expo center and had several teenage girls and parents in our group staying at the house. We had plenty of room and places to sleep. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we walked to the Expo Center. We were very happy with this house and would definitely stay there again.

In town to watch Tulsa vs OU football. The location was excellent (5 mins to stadium) and home was thoughtfully decorated / stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable. The large, fenced rear yard made our family dog very happy!

This is a great little place to stay. It is within walking distance to the Expo Center and Fairgrounds. The house is even bigger than is looks in the listing. The front bathroom even has a bidet and seat warmer on the toilet! The showers were nice and hot and water pressure was great! We have stayed at several vacation rentals over the years and this one is the best overall. If you are looking for a place in Tulsa at any point, I would recommend this one.

Very comfortable. Appreciated two bathrooms- one with a step-in shower, dining area, computer area and a tv area, plus a living room. Could see the oil man statue of convention center from bedroom window! Will come again.

Wonderful

We live in Tulsa and were displaced from our home due to a water leak. This property had everything we needed to feel as though we were “at home”. The kitchen is fully stocked, all you need to bring is food. The owner even had everyday items you don’t typically think to bring with you (I.e., toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, etc.). As a local resident, this house is in a great area, a quiet neighborhood, close to the Expo Square, a local water park, downtown, Utica square, the Gathering Place, and more. I highly recommend this location, and would definitely book here again if I need a place to stay locally. And the fact that dogs are allowed is an added bonus! The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room for families to spread out or gather together. 5 stars all around. Thank you to the owner for accommodating our family during this tough time!

Location, Location, Location!

We stayed for an event at the expo. It was perfect for walking back and forth to the event. The house was cozy and comfortable and perfect for cooking meals and enjoying family down time. Very easy checking in and out and communicating with the host. The house has plenty of room. The only down side was one tv, but we actually brought an extra tv for the kids video games, so we were set.

Large and Comfortable Near Expo Square

We were super excited abut the location of this property for the purposes of going to the State Fair, but it really ended up being a lovely place to chill and unwind as well. Very cute neighborhood and the house itself was great. Better than advertised, honestly. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out a relax. The kitchen was the highlight. We chose this property as our first home purchase because we love midtown and the area surrounding it. We decided to turn it into a vacation home and we are excited about the new experience.

The location is amazing! Located in Midtown Tulsa it's only 9 minutes from downtown. It's also perfect for anyone visiting the Expo Center as we are only 2 blocks away.
