A completely renovated (2024) apartment above the Ci Vediamo ice cream shop in Egmon-binnen that sleeps 6 people. That means pure enjoyment: grabbing a fresh cappuccino in the morning and popping downstairs in the evening for a few scoops of ice cream with whipped cream—sounds delightful, doesn’t it? Of course, the apartment is also fully equipped with all modern conveniences and features a beautiful, stylish design. The center of Egmond-binnen makes for a wonderful base—just a short walk from the beach, close to the city, yet with the tranquility of a village center.

**The Space**
You reach the apartment via the stairs. Once inside, you’ll find yourself in the completely renovated apartment. Every detail of the interior design has been carefully considered and beautifully coordinated. The large open living room immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy a drink at the little bar near the kitchen while someone’s cooking, gather around the large dining table to enjoy a meal together, and relax in the cozy TV corner with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, a Nespresso machine, and an induction cooktop. Adjacent to the living room is the cozy outdoor area.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, and the beds are always made for you.
The luxurious bathroom with a shower, large sink, and mirror rounds out the space. There is also a separate toilet.

**Location**
Egmond-binnen is a small, quiet village with beautiful bike and hiking trails, and it’s also a perfect central base for a day at the beach or a trip to the big city. Egmond Binnen is known for its beautiful abbey, which is also worth a visit; it’s located close to the Ci vediamo apartment. A 10-minute bike ride will take you to the beach in Egmond Binnen, or you can cycle on to Egmond aan Zee, where you’ll reach the beach in 15 minutes. The city of Alkmaar is a 15-minute drive away. Parking is free and easily available on the street.
The cozy Ci Vediamo ice cream parlor is well-known in the region—treat yourself to a delicious scoop of ice cream or a nice cup of coffee.
