Welcome to my modern, stylish 3-bedroom house in Hinstock! Enjoy a bright, airy space with contemporary décor, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a beautifully designed decking area in the garden. This home offers a cosy retreat with all the necessary amenities and more. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac but ideally located off the A41 this home is perfect for families or groups to relax in, explore local attractions, or use as a base to work locally. Your perfect getaway awaits!
Welcome to my modern home with a spacious, enclosed private garden, complete with a dining area and decking - perfect for alfresco meals or a relaxing evening outdoors.
Enter through the Hall into the bright and airy Lounge where you can relax and sink into the large sofa and armchair and watch the smart TV, there is an electric fire with a log burner effect and lamps to make the room warm and cosy on those cold evenings, all in all, it's a comforting place to spend time in.
There is a convenient downstairs WC and cupboard for hanging coats off the long hallway and then carrying on through to the spacious and modern open-plan kitchen dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the large appliances, including a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a range of small appliances including, a toaster, kettle, and microwave.
Guests can socialise at the large Breakfast bar or enjoy a meal around the dining table, taking in views of the garden through the large patio doors.
The garden is a great space and largely decked, there is an area for guests to sit, take in the sun or enjoy an evening meal with the garden all lit up
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms.
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large mirror, drawers, and a wardrobe to store your clothes during your stay. There is an en-suite with a walk-in shower, WC, and basin.
There is a twin bedroom, with another large mirror and storage, The bed also goes together to make a king-size bed please request on booking
The final bedroom has a double bed with a small storage area for your belongings, again this bed can split into 2 small singles, please request on booking
Guests can take a soak in the bathtub in the family bathroom. There is also a shower over the bath, WC, and basin.
Fresh white bed linen and towels are provided (One Bath Sheet and One Hand Towel per person) all hotel quality and hotel-style toiletries are provided as well as a complimentary tea/coffee pack and Dishwashing/detergent packs, toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc.. which will last a couple of days. If you want to do some shopping there is a local village post office and supermarkets around a 10-minute drive away
The property's prime location adjacent to the A41 offers excellent transport links, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas while enjoying the tranquility of our quiet cul-de-sac.
There's ample parking with space for 2 cars on the driveway and additional on-street parking if needed.
Just so you know, while the garden is serene, you may hear some traffic noise from the nearby main road, but the rear of the property all has secondary glazing

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
