The newe and fully furnished cottage consists of a floor (approx. 50 sq m) equipped with kitchenette and living room, one bedroom and a bathroom with shower . Large well- terrace accessed directly from the living room , well protected and sunny, equipped with a dining table where you can enjoy lunch and dinner in spring, summer and fall
You access the villa through few steps from the large sarrounding private garden fully available for the guests
The private parking is located directly in the garden and an electric car charging station is available
