Apartamento-Vista al Jardín-Baño privado

When you enter the flat, you will be greeted by a breath of Sylt, Nordic country house style. You will feel at home right from the start and may never want to leave again ;-)

All rooms have been renovated in 2023 and equipped with new furniture and a new kitchen. The bathroom is also new and leaves nothing to be desired. You will feel comfortable from the first moment.

You have one bedroom with a new box spring bed (200x180 cm), the second room is the living room with a 55' inch TV set and a very comfortable sofa bed (200x160 cm) which has a slatted frame and a spring mattress for another 2 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen will make your heart beat faster, here is everything included what you need; induction hob, oven incl. microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, extractor bonnet and of course cutlery, china, plates, etc. start cooking right away ;-)

There is a GUEST room in the stairwell, where you will find extra cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board, a hoover (if something has gone wrong) and a drinks bar on a trust basis.

The garden is for guests to use and enjoy.

A bicycle can be rented for a fee. (4 hours 10 €/8 hours 15 €).

It may not be Sylt...but it's close ;-). We would like to welcome you as a guest in our apartment “Sylt”, which we have furnished for you in nordic style.

You'll get a little Sylt feeling as soon as you arrive and you'll sleep well and relax in the Sansibar bed.

You will want for nothing, we have taken care of everything and wish you a good rest.

The apartments have all been completely refurbished, including new bathrooms, doors, floors, lighting, etc. The brand new kitchen with high-quality appliances, e.g. induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer invite you to try out your cooking skills with us.

The newly built garden with several furnished terraces invites our guests to linger. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or water or a cup of coffee/tea. Or you can use the terraces for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Bicycles can be rented from us for a fee, so you can explore the surrounding area or simply go shopping in the city center.

There are many free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the apartment

A laundry room with free use of washing machines and dryers is available to all guests. And if you ever need something, you will find a minibar in the stairwell (for a fee).

On request and for a fee, we also offer additional room service (linen change and cleaning). Just ask about our options and costs.

Dogs are welcome (for a fee), please specify when booking or book directly. We provide food and water bowls and a dog bed for our four-legged friends.
