The house was clean, well stocked, and decorated for the season. The owners were friendly and took good care of the driveway while we were there. Frankenmuth was a joy, and so was the property!

By far, the best rental I have stayed in! Home was extremely clean, well stocked with the essentials, as well as anything else one would possibly need! Location was great and very safe.

Viola's Place was amazing! It was very clean and cozy. I love that it was decorated for fall. Perfect location as it was close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind. Next time we come to Frankenmuth, we will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Viola’s Place for our annual sisters getaway. The house is adorable and close to shopping & dining. We enjoyed a relaxing little get away. The slot machine in the basement was a fun little amenity!

Very nice house

The house was very nice & well stocked. It was decorated really cute. Was a little farther from Main St than we would have liked, but not too bad of a walk. We had some very warm days, so the a/c was very nice to come back to. Would stay again if we ever make it back to Frankenmuth.

Great place to stay!

Viola's Place was wonderful. Close proximity to everything, and an easy walk to downtown. Shelly is a great host and was very welcoming and accommodating.

Absolutely, perfect in every way – location, amenities, comfort, cleanliness. The house was so adorable and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and much more. If your group is small enough, this should be the first place you look at.

Great weekend getaway with amazing proximity!

We came for my birthday weekend as a girls trip. The two of us really enjoyed the amenities and the home was so quaint and well set up for literally anything we could have needed! The host was amazing, nice, has a great eye for details and was very easy to communicate with! Thank you!

Great locations and close to everything in town! Hosts were super attentive to details from a stocked coffee bar and treats to all of the amenities and household goods you could need.

Anniversary Getaway

Cute, clean and close to all we wanted to see and do. To our surprise we arrived to a beautiful and delicious “Happy Anniversary” cake from Zehnder’s Bakery. Perfect place for our long weekend visit to Frankenmuth!

Our neighbor of 20 years (Viola) moved out in July of 2017 and we purchased this home with the idea of making it a vacation rental in our town. There is always something going on in Frankenmuth and people who want something different than a hotel, who want a place of their own, within walking distance of places in town, with great comfort and at a great price need look no further!

The main floor is all new. New flooring, new appliances, new stocked kitchen, beautiful furnishings, and in a great quiet location. New patio off the back of the house with a propane fire pit and patio chairs mid-June 2018. You can see Main St. from this home and it is in walking distance of all the major events in town. Viola's Place is perfect for a family of 4-6 or those in town for a wedding weekend! Mid-week business traveler? We are perfect for you as well!
