This modern ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space for up to 4 people.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Just outside the door is another family bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The bedrooms and living room also have air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (Tassimo coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is furnished with a dining table and sitting area.
Outside, there is a large garden overlooking the pool, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying outdoor dining.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included.
Mediterranean Gardens properties are currently enjoying a reduced price due to works on the third phase of the development (completion December 2025).
The recently-constructed Mediterranean Gardens development has an idyllic communal area where we find gardens with natural grass and two large summer swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. For those visiting us in winter, there is also a heated swimming pool with a constant temperature of 28ºC. The development also has a lift in each block for easy access to the different levels. A discount has been applied to the price to reflect the building work taking place on the third phase of the development, although the apartment is within a safe and quiet distance.
