Wonderful week

Very clean, good a/c, fantastic relaxing views. Loved having breakfast on the terrace watching the wati g the flaimingos and other wild birds.

As fotografias são reais, mas não escolham este alojamento, a não ser que o proprietário realize uma manutenção significativa.A cozinha está equipada de forma mediana, sendo o grande problema o facto de a água da máquina de lavar louça não aquecer. A mobília realmente precisa de ser revista estando já bastante desgastada, inclusive a roupa de banho, as toalhas que nos foram deixadas estavam lavadas, contudo todas manchadas. O maior problema foram as cadeiras, feitas de pele sintética estão a descamar, simplesmente colocaram uma cobertura de tecido, sempre que nos sentavamos o chão ficava muito sujo com detritos das cadeiras.O ar condicionado é realmente condicionado, à temperatura exterior, durante o dia quando está muito calor está sempre a destrancar no quadro elétrico e a desligar.O pior ponto, a casa de banho, cheiro a esgoto constante. A sanita está a largar água, ao ponto de sair da casa de banho para outras divisões. Acreditamos que seja do autoclismo. Dissemos ao proprietário e pedimos ajuda ao António, indicado antes pelo proprietário como a pessoa a quem deveríamos pedir ajuda, logo no segundo dia. Via WhatsApp fomos ignorados, no dia seguinte vimos o António no condomínio e pedimos ajuda pessoalmente, o António foi lá, disse que ia buscar uma ferramenta, duas horas depois ainda não tinha voltado. Durante toda a estadia não regressou, o problema não foi resolvido.Há ainda o problema das formigas que entram pela casa de banho e se espalham por toda a casa.

Vuil appartement. Plekken op muren en deuren. Loshangende toilet bril vol met gele plekken. Eerste bord uit de kast hingen nog gedroogde etensresten op. Geen haardroger gevonden. Waterkoker beschadigd en gevaarlijk bij gebruik. Mooi terras, prachtig uitzicht. Geen spatje zon bereikt het terras in November. Zwembad is niet privé voor het appt, wel voor heel het complex. Misleidende advertentie. 18 graden water. Enkel bruikbaar voor ijsberen. Heel zwakke slechte wifi met zwakke beveiliging. Geen smart tv. Bijzet lampen zonder stopcontact. Al bij al zeer ontgoochelende ervaring.
