Spacious, clean condo - everything was exactly as promised. A couple of small issues at first that were promptly dealt with. Fabulous pools, beach was vey nice.

Great Stay at VM

Enjoyed our stay at this condo . Have stayed at several in VM . Second floor was good with nice view. Condo is as shown on site. Great for two people. Very generous with paper products and cleaning supplies . Easy communication with owner and manager . Hope to return and would recommend!

Excellent Stay

First of, everything is amazing. The apartment, the location, the accuracy of the listing, and the communication with the owner and manager. The owner is so nice. The apartment has many ammenities for the beach it also is very well equipped with everything you may need. The location is very nice ,many pools, and the beach is really nice easy to get in. Just stayed a little but hopefuly in a near future we will be staying more time.

Christmas in Nuevo Vallarta

This was a great unit for 2 people. It has everything you need for cooking and it is close to the beach and pool. It has a nice view too. It was easy to contact the property owner and all questions were promptly answered. The pool has waiters and a snack bar if you would like to purchase drinks or food. The beach also has waiters and there is a volleyball court on the beach. There’s a gym on the all inclusive side that cost 100 pesos.- it has everything you need for a workout. There are also bike racks that we used for our rented bikes.

Great location but very loud

My husband and I stayed at the property for three weeks in February 2023 (high season). The bedroom windows of Tower 2 back up to the docking station to the resort next door which includes garbage trucks loudly beeping as they back up at 7 a.m. sharp DAILY. I am an early riser so this was not a bother to me but my husband was frustrated by this daily very loud wake-up. In addition, we had to listen to loud drilling on the pool deck outside our unit for two weeks. It was intolerable. Although Joe tried to call the building management, the drilling persisted. It's an owner's responsibility to block out dates when there is going to be construction. We had to keep the patio door closed at all times and play musical chairs at the pool to avoid the drilling noise. Completely ruined our vacation.

We are sorry that you experienced the noise of the maintenance - but it was previously unscheduled and there was no possible way that we could have blocked the dates. You booked many months ahead - and such maintenance is never known such that it could be blocked that way. We were unaware of it until it began. Sorry that you were inconvenienced by it. Our guests in the unit just next door have not found the noise to be notable, maybe it was more focused in this unit. Sorry for this. I wish that we had been able to get the admin to reschedule, but they could not. During your first weeks of your stay you were trying to re-book with us for next year, so I assume that all other conditions were favorable - so I hope that the quiet times were pleasing. Again, apologies that we were unable to control the maintenance noises.

Ok as long as you're not expecting 4-5 star accommodations

There were pros and cons . The unit and the resort were nice but not as clean as they should be. It wasnt bad, but some things were a little gross and the hot water didnt work very well. There is a beautiful, big pool system and the resort was not too crowded or noisy. For meals you have to buy groceries and cook in the condo or walk a ways to find decent restaurants unless you are willing to pay big bucks for the all inclusive meal package at the adjacent Wyndham Alltra. I wouldn't recommend this place to a novice traveler, but someone experienced in the offerings of Nuevo Vallarta and not bothered by venturing off site every day can make out fine with a little effort.

My family stayed in the property while we were at the hotel next door to them. They had a great time and said it was a nice and peaceful place to stay. Great view to the ocean and pools.

Lovely getaway

Exactly as shown in pics. Property and condo well maintained. Good communication with owner. Pools lovely, beach great for long walks. Nearby restaurants within short walk from condo. Friendly staff, yummy food and reasonable prices at pool snack bar - great for lunches and easy dinners. Burritos were delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The condo was great. The beach was amazing. You can walk the beach for miles, especially at low tide when the sand is flat. The condo unit was well equipped and comfortable for 2 people. The property manager was readily available. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a great walking/cycling path down the Center Boulevard out front of the condo. And it is a very safe place for walking. The condo shares the pool area with The Dreams resort which gives you access to the amazing pool and loungers. There is a snack bar by the pool that sells food and drinks at reasonable prices. All in all a very relaxing place.

Beach Amazing Stay

I was excited to find a location in Nuevo that allowed me to not travel all inclusive. It was love to have a seperate bedroom, bath and kitchen living area and a washer and dryer for a two week stay. The condo is on the third floor (2 above ground level) which made it quick and easy to use the stairs when I wanted to renew supplies at the pool. The location was perfect for pools, view, sunsets and for leaving the resort area when we went out to dinner. I hope to stay here again and as the owner owns a 3 bedroom next door I can bring my entire family with both units. Lots of English movies for nights in.

Amazing view and property

We stayed at Villa Magna last week and really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and we loved the view from the balcony. The pools and the beach are very close and accessible and we would definitely stay here again. Joseph was very helpful and provided us with a lot of information about the area. Great location

We have stayed at several places over the last 10 years in Nuevo this was our first time at Villa Magna. (March 2020) This condo had great amenities including water jugs, plenty of paper products, laundry detergent, etc. The view and pictures are just as advertised if not better! The owner also provided beach towels which is not always the case. This condo is on the second floor and provides a view of the pools, ocean and sunsets. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and church. This is NOT part of the all inclusive property so you are on your own for meals but with nearby restaurants, you have plenty of good ones to choose from. We ate at the snack bar by the pool almost every day, great chicken quesadillas. Would certainly stay here again.

We've really enjoy our stay. Very well equipped kitchen for meals at the condo. Very well placed, within walking distance of many restaurants. All our requests were quickly filled by the owner. We strongly recommend this condo

Very nice condo and facilities

My wife and I just spent two weeks at this property and had a lovely holiday. The condo is very clean and appointed with up to date furnishings and kitchen ware. It is nicely located on the third floor and overlooks the ocean and pool area very nicely. The TV is mainly in Spanish and with six remotes could use some directions for us technically challenged seniors. We mainly watch Netflix on our devices. Minor problems were dealt with by Marcos and we reached him with WhatsApp.

A sunny birthday getaway

Our week at this lovely condo was a welcome respite from cooler, rainy weather at home. Everything we needed was available, and Marco was very helpful getting us squared away. We stuck pretty close to the beach and the pool during our stay--reading, enjoying the sun and the pool (and watching our favorite evening TV shows via the USA Now programming Joe provides). We appreciated Joe's restaurant recommendations and we loved the couple's massage special he recommended at Patty Spa. What a birthday treat for my wife! We prepared our breakfasts and lunches in the condo and a few dinners, walking to nearby restaurants for the rest. For us it was an economical, laid-back, "do-nothing" week. Next time we will venture farther from the condo!

Getting away from the snow....

We enjoyed our 2-week stay in this condo. It was equipped with everything we could have needed…plus! Joe was great to work with…and Marcos was there when needed. Nuevo Vallarta is a beautiful, safe area to vacation. Being able to use the Dreams hotel facilities during our stay here was an extra bonus! We’ve vacationed at all inclusive hotels nearby, but the condo was more economical and gave us the opportunity to eat at good local restaurants.

Great Time

We had been to Villa Magna Hotel several times and this time wanted to try a condo. Joe was very responsive and the unit was exactly as advertised. Marcos met us at the condo and was very helpful. Will return again next year. Love the resort and the beach is the best.

One bedroom condo

Well appointed, everything we needed to enjoy a vacation in PV. Fantastic beach, great pools, friendly staff! The one bedroom is perfect for one couple, two couples might find it crowded. Joe, the owner was very accommodating and great to deal with. Marco the rental agent was very helpful and reliable.
